    Pros +

    • I really appreciated the spacious bathroom with the bathtub. The lightning was perfect. Shampoo at your disposal was a plus !
    • - hand sanitizer on every floor- got an apology for the problems with the first room, and I could stay in the other one for the rest of the nights with no added costs- flexibility with the breakfast- water fill with 0.75 liter bottles next to the reception- terrace on the top floor- in the room: tea, coffee- breakfast includes: yogurt, all the cheese, scrambled eggs with butter, every bakery product
    • Good breakfast, excellent location

    Cons -

    • Unfortunately we had the room just next to the elevator and we heard it everytime someone used it.
    • - at first, I was given a room on the top floor which was small, dirty, and lacking coziness (tv right at the foot of the bed, etc.)- wondering why I get a room for a one-night traveller when I paid and planned to stay for 4 nights- the street side of the hotel is noisy, plus there's always a construction in progress- breakfast includes: tomato lacking of any taste (it's France, come on), some hams, the grilled sausage
    • I don't like comforter: too hot. I wish I had a blanket

For a one-night stay while in transition this is a fine place. The rooms are very small with very limited options to sit down or work, but quite functional. The bathroom was very nice.

My room, 406, faced the main room, and I could hear music, shouting, honking noises, and starting at around 5am the light rail drove by ever 15 minutes. There was also a water dripping noise coming from the bathroom or hallway.

parking was secure.. and free water

the air conditioning does not work.. these rooms are like a furnace. and you can't open the window as there is too much street noise

Nice modern facility in the old town. Good sized and comfortable room. Welcoming staff

    8FamiliePosted on: 4-22-2025

Hotel in the city center to visit Mulhouse. Nice and convenient, tea and coffee service in the room.

    9JamesPosted on: 4-22-2025

Lovely friendly staff, excellent location (Mulhouse is a beautiful town), good breakfast.

The hotel doesn't have private parking (which we thought it had based on the description)..this was slightly annoying after a very long drive however we did eventually find some secure underground parking nearby. Also the bedroom was starting to look a bit worn (eg damaged floor strip on the way into the bathroom which will cause an injury to someone at some point).

    Pleasant

Room was too small that you have hardly space to open the baggage (ours were small trolleys). If have a medium/big baggage you will not be able to keep it open in the room. The window was located in the main facade of the intersection of two streets, over a traffic light, and didn’t isolate correctly so there was noise of the cars the whole night.

    Friendly staff.Great breakfast.

Car park is very tight if you have a large car.

Great location, lovely and very helpful staff, comfortable and clean room, very good breakfast.

    6TeodoraPosted on: 4-10-2025

Breakfast was really bad. Not so much to choose from, and the scrambled eggs were disappointing 3 days in a row.

Central location, clean and bright room, very friendly stuff.

Would be nice to have a kettle in the room.

    8PeterPosted on: 2-4-2025

Good location, only 10 minutes to the sights in town. Clean room, friendly staff. Private car park available.

There was a slight smell in the bathroom, most probably coming from the pipes of the bath tub. Not much storing space in the bathroom, we had to improvise. For the car park, you need to leave the hotel and walk around the corner. The car park gate is quite an old system, the wings need to be moved manually. But it worked.

Rooms could have been a bit bigger ; hence the price was not cheap.

Super friendly staff (they speak English too), the room was really spacious, the location is quite good

The bed is a bit uncomfortable

Modern interior design Clean and warm rooms

Small variety of different types of food at breakfast Too narrow parking spots

    7Lt. D.Posted on: 12-27-2024

The room was good and the bed was sufficiently comfortable. As with many European accommodations the rooms are small than what we are use to. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our stay was enjoyable.

The bathroom towels were on the scratchy side but tolerable.

    7DavidPosted on: 12-9-2024

Location was perfect. Staff were extremely friendly.

Breakfast was not so good. Boiled egg machine wasn’t working. Scrambled eggs were cold.
