    Pros +

    • The location was great. Right in downtown Mulhouse.
    • The location is close to the Christmas market, which is why we chose the hotel/apartment. The apartment is NOT in the hotel but in another building nearby. And the building is a typical apartment building with the typical smells, noises, etc. (This wasn't a problem so much as it was a surprise since I thought we had booked a suite in a hotel.) The apartment itself was mostly wonderful: the rolladens blocked out the little street noise and light there was (remember, we WANTED to be in the old town so we expected noise), the bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was wonderful, and the place was extremely clean.
    • The room was clean and comfortable. We were there in December and the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

    Cons -

    • The location in downtown Mulhouse also made it difficult to find parking and get to the hotel.
    • I'm not sure what the decorating theme was as the "closet" was the type of locker one sees in a locker room: gray metal. While it was functional and new, it added to the "we're just going to throw some stuff together and call it an apartment" look. The bathtub had a hand-held shower head but there was no curtain and one would spray the room if you tried to rinse off. Also, the room was missing a hair dryer. Since the apartment is located away from the hotel, there was now way to get one quickly. When I asked about it the next day (and the hotel), the host looked for one in the closet and didn't find one; that was it. To be clear, I WOULD definitely stay here again, but now I know that I'm not getting a typical hotel suite/room.
    • Ventilation in the bathroom was not working properly. We had to open a window to have fresh air.

The hotel was nice and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The room was big enough and had all the facilities that we needed. Close to the main square and cathedral.

Ventilation in the bathroom was not working properly. We had to open a window to have fresh air.

It was very cold and the food was very bad

Location in downtown Mulhouse, close to restaurant, shopping stores. Parking, vintage decoration

    Bathrooms need to be improved

The lobby was magicaly decorated, like a Christmas fairytale!!!Location is also great, right next to the Christmas market and shops.

We didn't get any of the rooms that are in the photos... Our room was outdated and pretty cold - heating doesn't work when you are not in the room, and even when you are - it still doesn't get much warmer. Luckily, we have stayed only one night.

Very central location, in the middle of a car-free neighbourhood, very convenient. Value for money is great, decorations in the hotel give a special vibe to the whole building. The room was nice, very comfortable and clean.

Stayed there for one night during Christmas. The lobby and the breakfast room were as such decorated beautifully—think of the movie ‘Home Alone’. Loved the breakfast with the various herbal teas, the manuell orange pressers (doIt yourself) and the style they had going (assorted plates, fridges that you had to open to take out the milk, yoghurts and cold platter cuts). For the price of 90 Euros for one night for two, you can’t cut a better deal!

Personally, found the pillow a bit hard.

    Semi clean

Super basic, terrible wifi, late check in, not enough towels for the whole family

    9OmarPosted on: 12-27-2024

Located in the city center and with access to a parking garage (<3min walk) Friendly staff, nice sized rooms in good condition.

    Location, staff, Xmas spirit, breakfast.

    7SinemPosted on: 12-17-2024

Location was great. Hosts are so helpful and nice.

The bed was not comfortable and there was a lot of noise in the room due to construction.

Everything was amazing, christmas decoration was remarkable. Going there next year.

    Wifi could be better.

    Reception hall

Mold in the room and the room was cold

    7AleksandraPosted on: 12-6-2024

Decorations are awesome and the room is spacious enough. Location is also great, right in the center of everything

We booked a room for 3 people, but got 2 duvets, 2 sets of towels, 2 cups in bathroom, etc.. When we complained, we were provided with 1 thin blanket.. we were also charged for drinks we hadn't ordered at the check out..

    9Philip S.Posted on: 12-4-2024

Bed super comfy. Eclectic decor that is uplifting considering a rather boring modern building. Staff is top notch. I just didn’t figure out how to call the front desk from the room. Ideally located. Nice little espresso machine.

My room was really kind of far from the elevator at least 3 or 4 corridors. Nothing terrible but a bit disconcerting at first.

    7JillianPosted on: 11-29-2024

the decorations for Christmas were perfect. the location was perfect. It all has a very cosy feeling and the staff were so sweet. Did not try breakfast because there was enough food at the christmas market but it looked amazing!

Not the hotel's fault but the construction in Mulhouse made it very hard to get to the parking. we were in traffic for 20 minutes just the next street over. coffee facilities in room were lacking and heating in bedroom did not work. and maybe a hook a little closer to the shower area would be helpful for reaching the towel.

The ambiance was amazing. The theme was Christmas and we felt like we were at the North Pole.Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was outstanding and great location.

    Nothing it was perfect.

    Location was perfact.

The breakfast was not to my taste. Bad coffee and uncooked bread. Fruits were ok though.
