Hotel de la Bourse, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Buen desayuno, cerca del centro. Los recepcionistas fueron amables.

Problemas con el agua caliente

Pleasant and helpful staff

No parking whatsoever. If you park on the street you will be going every two hours to pay the meter. If you park at the all day pay lot it's several blocks walk.

Breakfast but it was extra payment

Breakfast was not clearly displayed with booking

I thought the breakfast was free but it wasn't

Everything was perfect. The place is nearby train station and cozy. Alexander was helpful and respectful. Highly recommended

Nothing at all

I like the location, it is within walking distance of the railway station, and that was exactly what we needed this time. Breakfast was very good, I cannot complain about it.

WiFi didn't work in the room at all, while it was ok in the lobby, but only downstairs at reception. Half of the time, we didn't have hot water in the bathroom. And the biggest disappointment, they promised to refund us for one night because of the troubles we had, even though we didn't ask for that, but everything was a lie. I hate promises that you don't have the intention to fulfill. One honest sorry is much better than lies.

Two nights without hot water and the hotel staff are racist towards guests. Some guests received refunds, even though I

Clean hotel hear train station with wonderful employees. Shout out to Sam for his friendliness and help.

Poor WiFi

Everything was perfect, the location, the breakfast,I didn't miss anything.

I didn't have internet at the room, just down stairs,at the counter and at the breakfast place.. maybe is because we were sleeping on the 3 floor...

It was very comfortable and quiet

The address was confusing because I thought it was on the Square rather than off the square.

friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, every day the room is fully furnished, coffee, milk, everything that is used is added. excellent location. a perfect choice for such a price

Nice hotel close to the train station and not far from downtown. Small but clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. 24/7 reception

Breakfast is pricey

Around 10 minute walk from train station, sidewalk good for rolling suitcases. Fast access walking to center of Mulhouse for eating and culture.

Position of the hotel was really central, few minutes by foot from the old city centre. The room was clean and very cured in the details.

The room was a bit tiny while the bathroom was very big. The shower was not too comfortable, due to the plastic shower box.

Great location next to a square with restaurants, bars, etc.

Excellent choice and food quality. Lovely breakfast room

Air conditioning was centrally controlled and switched off. As a result it was a hot and sweaty night despite having the windows wide openAwkward to climb into the bath for a shower however it was very good once in the tub!

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice breakfast

WiFi was a little slow

Stuff were very pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable,we were satisfied

Breakfast is great. Location is great. Beds are very comfortable.

Mulhouse...

Breakfast was good - the baguette was good, honeycomb, yogurt among other things.Location a short walk to train station and town center.

Hotel looks dated needs refurbishment. Lights in room and corridor were dim.
