B&B HOTEL Mulhouse Centre

Everything was great! The cleanliness, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was amazing! I saw some comments that breakfast was scarce but I think the complete opposite, we loved it.

Please consider adding a mini fridge and a hair dryer to the smaller rooms; they are much needed.

I like the location and staff was good

I don't like facilities because parking is not available at the hotel. I have to park a little far away from the hotel, and the charge for this also and at night no air-conditioning available I checking late night and I was staying only for 1 night and that night I couldn't sleep because of no air-condition and if you open window the is noises coming from there because hotel is on front of main road and tram station

Very helpful staff, and the parking garage availability

A little hard to get to at night when you're unfamiliar with the city. Room was very small and basic.

Well positioned just north of the historic old centre. Lower price than most other hotels in same area. Provided locked space to store our bicycles.

Very small room with poor ventilation. Toilet room smells of sewer gas. WiFi is very slow.

Bad

The hotel is outdated and just as unkempt as the surrounding area and the neighbourhood. We would never book this hotel again. The first room we were given was dark and stuffy. But the worst was also completely dirty and it smelled of urine. I then complained and we were given a new room. The door to the room was already damaged and looked like an attempted break-in. The room was a little less smelly but clean is something else. The mattresses were completely worn out and the room was right next to the hotel.

Good price, standard room for this group, ok breakfast

Parking not great especially if larger vehicles

The price was cheap

The location was horrible. It was in France but felt more like being in Turkey. We didn't feel safe being outside at night

Very small rooms. It is not comfortable for basic movement. Not recommended if you have big luggage. Beds are comfortable, the floor is clean. The breakfast is very very basic with poor choices.

Overall, the hotel is good value for money. The room was tiny but clean and the breakfast was good. The location is central it is easy to walk from the train station.

If you travel with more luggage than a backpack, it would be a challenge to fit into the room.

Pleasant

The hotel is along a noicy street. The first room we got was ice cold, because the airco didn't work. After discussion with the receptionist we were finally allowed to change to a warm room with working airco. Small breakfast. Lot of noice, dirty surroundings.

Staff was friendly, comfortable bed

Dirty bathroom, no kettle.

Very clean and beautifully design interiors.Well appropriated kitchen.Quiet and secure neighborhood.Close proximity to the town centre.

Inflexible check-in time at exactly 6pm.Toilet door has no lock.Bathroom lock malfunctioned duting our stay.

really good location in center, friendly reception, we came also with animal and it wasnt problem, we used parking and everything was ok (that was important for us to find hotel which accept animals and have parking place). We travel 2000km by car so we stay only one night for sleep there and i think was okay :)

room wasnt really clean... bed was looking like someone already slept there or didnt finish make it, on the table was dirty handkerchief and shower wasnt clean too :(

The hotel was very affordable, for the price we paid we got more than we expected. The location of the hotel is good, everything is close and well connected. They met us with regard to additional questions and requests.

Unfortunately, there are no utensils to make coffee in the room. Unfortunately, the breakfast did not meet expectations.

very clean, friendly staff, rooms are big enough.

The location.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing and I never expect too much when traveling somewhere, but here I faced several issues: The staff barely speak any English (they answered my messages on French), which made it extremely difficult to address issues. I had a problem with lost very important personal items during my stay, but there was no assistance from the staff to solve the issue. Additionally, the breakfast was very poor, with limited and low-quality options.

The room was cleaned every day.The staff is very friendly.Acces to transportation is great (right in front of tram station)The front desk is open 24h which is really great

Good

Not a safe place, not a safe city and not a safe area even if it's quite central

Great value for money. If I wanted to throw a party and needed a big room, I'd have paid for one. Great size for single traveler. Very clean, quiet and warm.

Liked it all. Even the bathroom.

the location was good, the room was comfort and clean.

I didn't like the breakfast... nothing to eat... small plates and not good.
