Hotel Mercure Mulhouse Centre

Nice clean hotel suitable for overnight stay.

Near the rialway station and little option for decent restaurants

The hotel location is excellent, in easy walking distance from the very small city center.Room was fine - quiet, clean, although somewhat small. The fresher was better than in most hotels, the air-conditioner was very good.Breakfast was very good.We had dinner at the hotel. The menu was small (with a Tai chef it's safer to order the wok).

The hotel was at least half empty, so we were surprised not to be offered a free upgrade.

Great location for the station, fast efficient team

Old room decor - needs a decent refresh. It had been “tidied up” but needed a more material refit.

We had underground secure parking for our group's motorcycles.

The receptionist was rude and argumentative. I was the leader of the group and had booked a table reservation for group dining months in advance, However, when we went to the dining hall, the receptionist said we had no group reservation! I showed her the email confirmation, but we were told the Mercure had no dining for our group. We went to the local Brasserie and had a great meal. My advice is to stay in a hotel outside of the city, because the traffic is a nightmare when navigating to the hotel. We will not be booking this hotel again.

Fabulous location, comfortable and spacious room, a small fridge, several free soft drinks and water. The food in the restaurant was superb and the wines affordable. I would stay here again.

Location is perfect, just vis a vis the train station.Quiet hotel.The view to the Mulhouse cathedral was fantastic.Very god breakfast.

The pillow was not very confortable, was too soft, but the bed was very good.Also, at the breakfasr table, it could be usefull a small bucket where the egg shells, grape seeds, napkins, etc can be collected instead of putting them on or near the plates.

Right opposite the station and around a 10 minute walk into the heart of the City. An open park fronting the canal sits right outside the hotel. Really friendly welcome.

Right next to the city center and the train station.rooms are comfortable and very clean. the hotel has a parking garage which is very convenient if you're arriving with a car like I did.hotel has a restaurant for dinner with great food.

AC didn't work (on a very hot day/night), didn't sleep much as a result; check-out was complex (breakfast was charged and couldn't be reversed).

The A/C wasn’t cooling enough even at 5 degrees & the fan was noisy. The shower soap dispenser was empty, & bathtub wasn’t cleaned properly; had hair on it!

Great location, friendly staff and fabulous breakfast.

Ideal location close to the centre of Mulhouse and across the road from the main transport links. Good on site restaurant.

Close to centre for shopping within walking distance. Secure parking, although very tight.

Could not lower the temp in the room, very warm. Had to sleep with window open. Hotel has central heating and air con set to 24-25 deg when it was 22 deg. Far too warm.

Renovation of the hotel is needed

Location very close to station and the city centre. Unfortunately the hotel was scaffolded when we were there and the park between the hotel and the station had been dug up. Otherwise, it was lovely. Also, the free seniors breakfast was a pleasant surprise

We stayed before at this hotel hence returning again. Sadly the room we were in this time was by far different from before, very tired small, but for one night was okay.

Very tired room for a superior room in fact we doubted that it was a superior room looked and was the size of a standard room .

Very gentle Service, free bottles of Water (in the room, and also at the servicedesk), Sauna and Gym, free parking space, Hotel is next to the City Center 3-5 Minutes by feet, Clean room, good soap, and again very nice and friendly Personal :) We could also park the Car for some hours more after Check Out :) They were very Kind with the Dog and it was No Problem we took him with us. The dog Loved the carpet in the room ;)
