There was free parking at the back of the hotel. The two members of staff we encountered were accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was really good!
The room was basic - it would have been nice to have had tea and coffee making facilities. The area was ok, but there was a lack of decent eateries, and we ended up having a McDonald's for dinner :(
Great location, pleasant staff, free parking
No sign to guide to the parking area entrance on the opposite side of the block.
Family run facility with species room with very basic, old style furniture.
Parking place and area around is not very clean
The location very close to town centreThe FREE parkingFrom now on I boycott hotels charging crazy prices for their private parkings
Nothing really, it is just a very modest hotel
Room clean tidy well prepared , location good, parking you had to cross tram lines and wait for overhead shutter doors to be opened
Staff very friendly and even walked with us down a street to show us a suitable restaurant
The receptionist (probably the hotel owner?) was incredibly kind and attentive. Considering the low price, the free parking, great location, and even a bathtub were amazing. In the morning, he even came out to guide us on the road when we were leaving with the car — we were so thankful. Simply the best!
ask the Garage entrance before arrival.
Close to city centre, good for one night stay
The building looks a bit dodgy, needs some renovation
The location was really good. There was a shopping mall nearby and we easily found whatever we wanted.
There was no dryer in the bathroom but when we ask the reception they gave us so thats not a problem
It's in a perfect location.Very nice gentleman at the reception. He fulfilled all our requests immediately.
The bearded gentleman at the reception (I think he was the hotel owner) was extremely attentive, kind and helpful. He gave us good information about the city.Everything was exactly as we expected, nothing less, nothing more.It was right in the city center and right across from the big shopping mall. They let us store our luggages after check-out up until the night time.

Entrance: cold and v disappointing Room: the wall paper is coming of the wall . The heat was stopped overnight. No noise isolation from main street... doors have marks on it.Bathroom: towels smelling of cigarettes. Joint silicone is pealing off. Again, deep marks on the bathroom door.
Very close to old centre, cathedral, etc. Lots of restaurants and fast foods nearby. Private parking area with closed entrance gate at night.
The parking area wasn't easy to find.
Parking and central
Very poor condition. The hallways smell badly.
The room is big and clean and calm. There wasn’t noise. It was near the biggest Christmas market and square.
There was no breakfast.
Good value for money. The best part is the location - 15 minutes by feet form the train/bus station, 5 minutes from the Christmas market, right in the centre. Decent hotel with no luxuries.
There were no toiletries in the bathroom, except a bar a bar of soap. Definitely needs some renovation. As a whole though- decent place.
The hotel has a very good location, just a few minute from the city center.
There are no contents in the room at all. No shampoo, no body gel, no hair dryer... I asked the reception for a hairdryer, the concierge, who speaks only french, told me that they don't have it. This is hotel just to overnight, when you are just passing through and need to rest a few hours in Mulhouse.
The room was big enough for a family of 4, the bathroom clean. We had a big parking just behind the hotel, in a inner courtyard. The city center is very closed to the hotel. The old man from the reception very polite.
The room was a little bit old dated.
