Spacious, quite clean, nice common area, not many stares to climb

The room smelled of cat pee

It was very close to the very center and clean. Also has a fan. The wifi works really well and the common area is nice and cozy.

At the beginning it was a bit difficult to figure out where the little boxes for the keys were. Some of the beams/support columns in the room look unfinished and the window it s only very high up in the room.

Incredible location and size for the price. Just unbeatable. Very easy check in and right in city center.

The WiFi was buggy, but it seemed to be a software issue not a hardware one. Likely to already be fixed.

The room was and clean and beautiful

The airbnb was right over at nightclub, so we could hear Music all night. It also took us an hour to get our room, because we had not received the key or the code from the owner, to lock ourselves in. We had to get help from another guest and other people that lived in the building. The owner did not even apoligize for the inconvinience.

Tasteful for people appreciating industrial or minimalist design. I read some people here mentioned this as a negative point, for me it's def a plus as all is decorated intentionally the way it is. Smart Tv in room to hook phone into youtube or netflix. The shared room is a big loft! Tram is quite near, the price is right.

The shower was very enjoyable BUT there might be an additional light mounted as the shower wall blocks a bit the bathroom light when showering.

The room is very big. The shared kitchen has everything you need. The location is perfect!

The rooms are right above a nightclub. During the night we could hear the vibration of the music. So maybe nothing for light sleepers.

We only liked the location

Honestly the bed was so uncomfy. We couldn't sleep well due to the loud music underneath the apartment. There was no more than one toilet paper and the soap wad diluted with water so you can imagine when washing our hands..

Clean and big

There is a disco just next door. Isolation is shit. So in the weekend there is so much noise.

Nothing because I couldn’t sleep at all because a nightclub right underneath had pumping bass woofers rattling the entire room until literally 6AM. No location or accommodation can substitute the value of being able to sleep for a work trip.

The nightclub pumping music until 6 AM, the room door with a broken lock (the paris room), and then the front door to the hotel didn’t have a lock. It ruined my work trip completely because I was a zombie all day long the next day. The room smelt like ammonia and apple juice as well…?

The owner was amazing. Really polite hospitable. We had a really nice chat. The location of the property was good since it was not too far away from the train station. Also lots of shops and restaurants close by. Also it was really nice and clean.

The property is on top of a night club and the music becomes really loud after 1am. Especially bad if you're there over a weekend, I suppose it's not too bad over the weekdays.The curtains were really thing which meant that light was coming through early morning.The room is on 3rd floor so in the hot sunny days it gets really warm in there

The tenant was reactive and cool

I could hear the tv from the neighbouring room.
