Very nice pool and facilities. Very complete and delicious breakfast. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.Convenient restaurants nearby.

Great breakfast and coffee, nice restaurant choices next door. Parking was plentiful.

Location was good for driving, not much available for walking distance.

The location is easy to find with lots of parking. The check in staff is very friendly and helpful. The dinner staff was Great and the breakfast staff was outstanding!! The rooms were nice size, big bathroom and very clean.

Friendly réception staff at check in and at check out. Large room. Has a pool. Free parking in front.Large room, decent sized bathroom. Calm.

Location in HLM area far from city centre, but safe and good bakery nearby with Turkish specialties.Shower in deep bath- hard to get in and out.No nice view.

Very old and worn. Carpets and rooms could do with a major revamp. Stayed in the Holiday Inn in Switzerland and was a much nicer place.

Facility is fine. Good location vis a vis motorway.

It is a rather tough area, you do not want to take a small walk at night....

There was only one towel for two people in the double room. We had to ask for another one. There was only one bedside table and no electrical plugs, only one in the whole room, so we couldn’t charge our phones.

Good location, quiet, great on site restaurant, airco, parking garage, wonderful breakfast, excellent & clean swimming pool!

Would I stay at the hotel again? Maybe...probably. I'd wouldn't dine at the coexisting restaurant.

- Extra charge to park in the hotel's secure parking garage. I think it was €12 per night so not astranomical, but given the hotel cost the parking costs should be either covered in the hotel costs or maybe €3 to €5 per night for guests. Also, having to click a buzzer, which presumably rang the front desk, and wait for them to open the garage door, and then ring a second buzzer and wait for them to buzz you into the building was quite inconvenient.- The breakfast. I'm sure that local people find it ok, but as a non-local spending the same money as the locals and being away from home, it would've been nice to have more options...not like I could go out on the local economy and expect more variety. - The in-house resturant. They operate as a separate entity from the hotel despite being inside the hotel. We had to get a dinner voucher the hotel to eat at the restuarant, but the voucher didn't cover our drinks. That complication made it so that I only had one beer and my wife only had one glass of wine...we simply didn't want to go over budget since we had already booked our room with breakfast and dinner included. Despite minimizing our drinks we were still charged for everything, and when we went to the hotel desk to dispute the charge we were told that we'd need to take it up with the restaurant as they were under different management. The resturant isn't open all day, it opens in the evening...well after our checkout time. We had to make our dispute through our banks to finally get our money refunded, but it was a hassel that the hotel could have and should have helped us avoid.

There is a security deposit that I did not know before we book the hotel. Dinner is the same the 2 nights we stay there.

Location. Parking. Peaceful. Quite comfortable apart from pillows which were very firm. We did eventually note we could choose alternative pillows but it was too late for us.

Bathroom and as not clean - hairs in shower area. Feel it is a busy stopover so shows signs of wear and tear internally and externally. Bedside table only on one side of bed. No electrical plugs on side with no table. Very strange set up. In advance we requested a room with a shower as opposed to a bath but this was not facilitated. Reception, receptionist simply responded ‘that’s a different type of room.’ Baths are so dangerous when climbing in and out - accident waiting to happen.

Cleaned, excellent breakfast, highly recommended.

You need to pay for the parking

Bigger room size, adequate space to put your luggage. Nice breakfast.

Centralize air conditioning was not working in the master bed room but staff gave was external AirCo.

a lot of bureaucracy ,hotel policy no really friendly .After booking with your details and credit card you still have to provide another one for the deposit,which is much higher than the room rate.Not really understandable

The room was quite nice and especially spacious for my family and me.

The location was a little far from some places (city center…), otherwise nice.
