The view was nice

No one to check us in. Employee cursing. We paid for breakfast and blond, mid length hair waitress was so rude. We still had 20 minutes to eat, but she made a rude comment to us, so we left to our rooms. Worst hotel we have visited so far.

This hotel is a very good value for relatively small money they charge. Location is perfect - very quiet and beautiful place!

A bit too pricey for the room. For 110 it did not provide breakfast and did not even have a coffee machine in the room. Otherwise I would’ve given a 10. Instead I am debating between 8-9 because of lacking this comfort

The main asset of the hotel is it's location, halfway up the Bachtel Hill. It offers a splendid view over lake Zurich and the Obersee. The scenery is just outstanding as it ranges almost from Zurich to the Glarner Alps and further east. The Breakfast also did not disappoint, and if you fancy lunch or dinner be assured you will find good Swiss grub to enjoy.

Locatoin is amazing and provides wonderful views and great walking (and cycling) trails around the area. Staff were great, the rooms were as we hope, and there is plenty of easy parking right next to the hotel / restaurant. Well set up! Really enjoyed our stay.

The view was very nice,the zone for kids was also good especially because of the rabbits,the bed was ok.

The room was visible dirty from the day we arrived.I'm 90% sure the sheets from the bed wasn't changed..The cleaning staff was only taking the trash out and changing the towels.But the floor was visible dirty especially the zone around and under the bed.Also it was very hot during the night because the room had only one small window and the bathroom didn't have a window at all so all the heat after the shower basically stayed in the room.Defintly won't come back again.

The view out of the hotel was great. Sadly I got a room which looked at the back, eventhough I booked with view. Personal was very friendly. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. Overall matched the expectations I had.

Besides the fact I got another room that I booked and the restaurant being closed, nothing.

It was nice and clean, price is also reasonable. There was playground for the children which is good.

The rooms have no airconditioning , which was no issue at tine of stay but will be a miss in warmer times

We loved the views on offer from the hotel and our room. The room was comfortable and quiet, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good.

The restaurant was closed on the night we were there - we obviously should have done some better research when planning our trip.

The view is nice.

There were hair on the bedsheets and pillows, they were washed maybe but still there were hair.In the morning, we wanted to have breakfast 30 minutes before the ending time but there were very limited stuff and they did not want to refill all of the things. Actually we wanted to check before purchasing the breakfast so we did not insist for anything but it's better not to be there last minute.

The road was rather noisy and we could hear the traffic as we had our windows open because it was very hot.
