Great staff, comfortable clean rooms, tasty breakfast and a good beer before bed. Very accessable to the transit system. Groceries, restaurants and bakeries everywhere. The staff was very competent and friendly.

No fridge in the rooms. No water in the gym area.

Breakfast was quite good. Bed was comfortable. Kettle, coffee and tea was provided.

The temperature in the room upon entering is always more than 24 degrees. Despite being 0 degrees outside in winter, the room was too warm as the window could be widely opened. We tried to cool the room down using the air-conditioning, however it was always in the energy-saving mode. It allows maximum 3 degrees less than actual temperature and that is only achieved after 6 hours!!! Even by choosing a lower temperature, it got even hotter in the room until we were forced to request for a room change. It is not acceptable that the heating and air-conditioning are working against each other. We cannot imagine how hot the room would have been in summer.

The hotel is within walking distance to my sister home. The breakfast is good but the coffee is always cold.

When asked the front desk for a print bill, he was not happy about it.

Instant coffee and no spoon in the room to stir. Also, no orange juice at breakfast.

The location and the staff were fantastic. It was very comfortable and clean.

The twin rooms are too small. But other than the stay was good. Stuff were nice and helpful .

All in all, the hotel was good - gool location, good services, nice staff, good breakfast. Normally, I would recommend it - great money for value. The reason why I gave a poor review was due to the fact that while I stayed there, the hotel repeatedly had issues with the hot water, which for me, it's one of the most basic services a hotel (at least a Hilton hotel) could provide. I was there on a business trip (5 days). On two separate evenings I arrived at the hotel, very tired and stressed after a long day of intense work, and all I needed was a hot shower and sleep. On both occations I realised there was no hot water when I actually went into the shower... The hotel could have at least send me an email informing me (and other guests) about the hot water issues. I mean, we normally get so many emails from these businesses, spamig us with all sorts of "offers" and really useless information, and the one time the guest needs to be informed about something in advance, they don't do it... On one of the occasions, fixing the hot water lasted almost 2 days - which meant I wasn't able to take a shower when I arrived in the evening, nor the next morning, before I went to my business meetings.

The fact that a hotel, of Hilton's level (we are not talking about a small boutique hotel here, but one of the biggest and most expenssive hotel chains in the world), doesn't have a 24/7 emergency contractor on call to fix various issues that can appear at any given moment (hot or cold water, heating, electricity, ventilation etc) - I really have no words.... The fact that they don't have a 24/7 emergecy contractor at hand and no contingency plan for the guests (e.g. sort them out in the hotels nearby etc) - again, no words. The fact that they tried to "excuse" themselves by blaming the cityhall (when all the other hotels nearby were OK) it's unexcusable. To conclude, kind reminder to hotels out there that guests are paying for every little service they use in hotels, including hot water. This is not something the hotels are offering from the goodness of their hearts. When a client pays big money for a service and the service provider doesn't provide, where is the accountability?
