Affordable hotel, staff is always available.

The location and transportation access. The entrance is a bit confusing for drivers.Using taxi is more convenient than public transport, especially on Sundays, in order to get to city centre or train station.

The room was on ground floor, very cold, only heated with air conditioning. The location is outside city on side of a highway. There is no access by public transport yet the location charges 10 EUR parking per night. Unfortunately I did not get a good rest during the 2 nights I was staying there.

I didn’t want to come back and stay here again but the staff wouldn’t let me out of my booking. The invoice I received had different room number than the one I was assigned to stay. Location was ok. Easy to reach from the highway.

Staff never showed up at the reception: we waited more than half an hour (at 6 pm). The bathroom was not clean. The breakfast was poor.

Convenient for traveling (close to the highway), but also to visit the beautiful city of Freiburg.The room is quite small, but comfortable enough for a family with kids for a night or two.The staff at the check-in was very kind.

The breakfast is worth the price, considering there is no nice cafes nearby. The room was okay, clean enough and good in size.

The location is not good at all if you don't have the car. The bathroom was not that clean and a little worn out.

Room was nice and clean, towels provided were fresh and clean.

They did not give me my access code for my room and their automatic check in didnt work so I had to spend a night in the reception waiting for someone's shift to start to fix the situation. So only had 2 nights with a bed instead of the 3 paid for

I would have appreciated a kettle in the room with tea bags and/or instantaneous coffee, which many hotels now offer.

The room setting is very basic. Good for 1 night stay. There are 3 fast food outlets (mac, kfc, burger king) Nearby the hotel which is convenient.

There is no kettle to boil hot water and the hotel does not have it even you request for it. The only hot water which you can take free is from the Cafe. But the café is closed after operating hour.

It was clean, beautiful and well-kept, just like in the photos.

It didn't have good transportation. But I hadn't seen it.It will be much easier if you have a car with you.

A simple, but good hotel, good for an overnight stay.

They were adking additional amount for parking in the yard of the hotel. (I knew it, but it was not nice in the suburb area, in their own yard)

Good value for money, parking area, super quick check in, 10 minutes away by car from the centre

It would be good to have more plugs in the room and more covering curtains for the light

We used it for a night on a way to France. It’s basic, yet clean and affordable. Highlight was super friendly receptionist, who took a time to talk to us, joke etc. we felt very welcomed.

Super easy check-in process, very clean room, comfortable bed and the hotel was quiet. Would definitely recommend for those travelling with a car or for a short stay.

Located a bit out of the city and next to a main road with some traffic.

The toilet flush was incredible

1. A weak shower with broken doors in which even one man can hardly shower2. disgusting stains on sheets whose origins I do not even want to imagine3. our room was non-smoking, but somehow we got a lot of smoke from people smoking somewhere else going into our windows 4. the sound proof is non-existent: I woke up from a bed squeaking in the room above at 2 am. I'm glad someone had fun, I just didn't ask to be a part of it5. some of the furniture is almost at the edge of its usability: hangers which are only kept by faith and remainders of glue are the best illustration6. I do not know who designed these pillows and bed, but my back hurts from sleeping on the bed and my head hurts sleeping on the pillow.7. the size of the room and bathroom was also a surprise. I got rooms.and showers almost 3x the size for half a price.8. the location is almost the farthest it can be from the city center, I do not understand why it costed 160 a night

Breakfast was fine. The receptionist was a nice lad.

Bathroom smelled like cigarettes. Bathroom seemed it was cleaned in the last year, mold build up so much you could pick it up.We don't know if this is ofcourse for all of these hotels in the franchise. But this one we would not go again.

It is on an industrial estate, with nothing more than a mcdonalds and burger king close by, the breakfast was expensive for what came outbus rote to city centre roughly 25mins
