Modern, clean and a good location

Housekeeper opening my door at 0830 in the morning, even without the don't disturb sign on, common sense is allowed. But probably another European cultural thing.

Enjoyed the silence! No noise whatsoever, I could not hear any ventilation noise if I tried. Unusual for a modern hotel building. Also the room could be darkened well, and the pillows were not too thick which is otherwise common. All set for very good sleep.

Very easy to drive to, and with a huge parking lot at reasonable rates. In the middle of the clinic campus and close to the university. Also walkable to the central train station, along with the main tourist areas. Very nice room and lobby with restaurant and bar. There's a bakery/coffee shop about 100 meters away, and several shops (grocery, pharmacy, etc). When we needed to leave luggage, they kept it in a back room behind the desk, so it was secure. Large, multilingual staff.

Breakfast was expensive, so we didn't try it. Otherwise all was good!

Very friendly staff, our room was spacious, very clean and the location was easy to find.

Such a steal for your money. So luxurious. And safe. I was on the sixth floor so the view was spectacular. Really nice locations. Lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Woukd definitely stay there again if I was in town

Some staff did not speak English at front desk a female employee the day I checked in knew none.

A very nice hotel. Rooms very comfortable. Really comfortable beds. I liked the location, regular trams at the door, into town. The food was incredible! Both dinner and amazing breakfast. So much choice, all delicious. They clearly have very good chefs.

The restaurant staff in the main dining room not friendly at all. We arrived having not booked, to an empty restaurant and scolded for not booking. Ridiculous. The short blond chap was awful. Needs to learn how to be welcoming.

Shower was very nice, nice neighbourhood, everything was very clean.

Location close to beautiful Seepark, a supermarket. Comfortable room.

Nothing for us, but maybe a little far away from major sightseeing spots for ordinary travellers.

The room was super clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was really nice, with a variety of items to choose from. The staff was really kind. I would heartily recommend!

The breakfast buffet was wonderful.

The signage for where to park when you enter should be more clear. We don’t realize we could pull up to the front door to drop off our bags.

Everything, especially the staff’s hospitality. Clean, quiet, underground car parking. Special thanks to the morning receptionist (unfortunately, we didn’t get his name). He was so polite and helpful with our check in and luggage.
