The hotel excellent! The staff in the hotel and connected restaurant were very kind and knowledgeable. Our server was great with wine choices and information. Breakfast was also good. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Easy to find. We'll be back

On site parking was convenient.

Shower was barely big enough to stand in. No coffee maker in room. Bed was too close to floor.

Such a lovely, typically German inn. Updated, clean, friendly staff, and very convenient to Straßenbahn and Stusie.

The room was very nice, with a comfortable bed which was ideal for sleeping before the Freiburg Marathon. Everything was very comfortable. Would recommend.

Breakfast was very good and fresh cooked scrammbled eggs. Good place to be with your dog, nice hiking path close by.

Good looking hotel with a spacious room. Was able to park my motorcycle under a roof aswell.

Room was nicey decorated, comfortable and spaceous. Breakfast was excelent. Very friendly staff.There is a parking lot next door if you arrive by car. We took the tram to town - tran station is just 7 minutes walk.

My room was a bit noisy from road traffic and locals. The rooms at the back (deluxe) are better

I liked the attitude of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.

There were no disposable hotel slippers.

The room was fine and clean and staff was friendly.

Terrible location of the room where cars were driving by all night outside my window, I couldn't sleep because of the noise. Another guest also had their tv on loud and you could hear it through the wall, so I had to listen to it the entire evening until night time. As I had to wake up early at 6am to get on time for a meeting, I was completely exhausted. There was also no food available as the restaurant was closed due to Sunday

The EV charger was more expensive than the fast chargers on the motorway.

Staff extremely nice, rooms large clean and comfy, one room had a nice balcony; very easy to park and check in. They organized that the room was accessible by elevator. Breakfast was high quality!

My room was on the third floor for which there was a lift or stairs. First impressions of the hotel were one of a modern appearance and well designed. It was going to prove to be an excellent choice There was plenty of parking to the rear of the hotel and overall its location proved to be easily accessible from the autobahn and via the local tram into FREIBURG.I enjoyed an excellent dinner with breakfast proving to be equally of high quality, overall a good choice and one that lives exactly up to its description, in my view an excellent hotel to stay at if travelling independently and wanting to visit the city of Freiburg.

There was nothing that I disliked, the staff were welcoming and informative and the service was excellent especially the attentiveness of the staff member from the US who served me at breakfast.

We liked very very much the breakfast, the huge parking space, and the room with the balcony.

No negative points to raise.
