Location was great for us, right in the centre of town

Rooms were very small, was too expensive for such rooms

Room is too small and no working space/desk

Staff is very nice and professional. Location is great. Facilities are very clean and well maintained.

The location to the old town was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They recommended a secure parking near by that was less than their parking.

- Room was smaller than usual, but doable for a couple with a small dog

We have stayed at other Motel One’s before and they have been excellent! This time we traveled with our dog and that worked out well. The location was close to the old town, the train station and tram.

Close to tow n center.

We were woken about 5:30 by the next rooom using a hair dryer, then at 6:00 by delivery lorry and agin at 7:00

The hotel is well situated, check-in was quick and efficient, the receptionists were friendly and helpful, and my room was comfortable despite its small size.

While breakfast was good, the breakfast facilities were way too small for the amount of visitors. It was a real battle to find a table! Many people had to stand and wait, which felt stressful, when trying enjoy breakfast.I also found the service staff to not be very attentive to details. Example: I order drinks and snack, then ask for a second round of drinks and snacks - they bring the new glasses and snacks but don't remove the empty glasses and snack packages. Finally, I had the cleaning staff knocking and bursting into my room despite the "do not disturb sign" hanging at the door, and before having me time to answer - very unprofessional! For 280 euros I expected better service.

Location was nice, right on the edge of the historical city center. The motel one brand is fine, you know what you get. Dogs allowed. Parking underground. All for extra fee. The bar area is nice in the evening, but can get crowded.

Checkin staff was very inattentive. We arrived and she sat on her phone for a good 10 seconds before looking up and greeting us. Rooms small and missing hot water pot. We had teenagers on our floor throwing a loud party,despise the hotel putting us on the "quiet" side because of our dog.

Good location

Difficult to find parking if you haven't reserved before. Television can't be switched to English language so all shows dubbed in German , impossible to connect a device. Asked for advice from overnight receptionist who was no help. No kettle or fridge in room. Rooms very very small.

Great location, right in the centre. Secure parking underneath the hotel. The bar was really lovely.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, it was so tiny that we couldn't both move around the room at the same time!

Excellent location very modern and slick. Just off the city centre 5 minute walk. Underground car park which was great for our motorbike. Breakfast was continental and a great choice. Checkout was 12 00, which was great no rush to leave
