Nice clean rooms, perfect place for 1 night stopover on the way to Italy. Good bed, good shower.Breakfast we did not take instead opted for buying some groceries in nearby supermarket

The travel time to the Münster and Schlossberg was reasonable.

Poor communication. I submitted rooming lists and was told we’d be allowed early check-in to one room to store bags, but the staff on site had no knowledge of either. I had to show them the communication in the Booking app.What we received were mostly rooms with full-size double beds, i.e., single mattresses meant for two people, despite having booked standard double rooms assuming they would have two separate beds. Only one of the rooms had two beds we could push apart. The rest forced student pairs to share one full mattress, which was not what I had arranged. This setup may be fine for couples but was inappropriate and uncomfortable for a student group. One student reported damp sheets on arrival. I also found a toilet in one of the rooms that was visibly unclean with visible, hardened fecal matter on the seat and in the bowl. I had to locate a cart with cleaner in it and clean it myself because there was no longer anyone working in reception.Several rooms had glass showers with full visibility from the bed, awkward for teenage students. The AC did nothing to cool the rooms, and with no shutters or screens on the windows, bugs were a problem if we tried to ventilate.Would not return—frustrating stay.

clean room and good wifi, room cleaner are very friendly and helpful.

the air-conditioning was not work at ALL. the staffs duty on17th June evening was not standard at all, they work there, but they did not anything about the hotel, for example, the question was air-conditioning does not work? their answer that they need check out.... they should know better than anyone the hotel condition, where work, where does not work..... and around the hotel too much cannabis smell.... anywhere, anytime..... was there since Etap/ibis/B&B.... 30 years..... now air conditioning does not work, outside 30 degree.... till midnight.....

The room was clean and comfortable.

The automatic check in did not work when we arrived late at night. And in the morning people banged on doors, it was scary.

Room was a bit larger than similar budget hotels we have used, especially the shower which was sepeate from the toilet. And the sink was in the room itself. Thus one can shower while the other uses the toilet or sink

Room they gave us at first had not been cleaned but we went to the desk and they gave us a new (clean) room without any discussion. Hotel is a ways out of town, there is a bus stop very close but one first has to take a street car and change to the bus. So not nearly so convenient to the center but the transportation connections were adequate and obviously it was cheaper than the more central alternatives.

The structure of the bed was interesting in a hotel. Anyway, it allows for two parents and a kid to overnight.

Strong smoke smell in the toilet (perhaps because of some smoking guest before).The shower box in the room was ok for one, or for a couple.

Nothing!!!

Evrything!!The smell when you entered the room was disgusting, as if a dead rat was inside. The toilet was very small.There was no wardrobe or a place to leave your clothes or leave anything else inside.

Location is convenient

I arrived a bit after 10 pm, but I called the hotel, and they said it's ok. When I arrived, the check-in machine was broken, the website from the qr code was also not working properly. The person at the desk insisted it's not their task to check me in; finally they did this. Then, when I went to my room, it was not cleaned, there was trash left, used towels etc. the person was no longer at the reception so I couldn't change the room

Rooms very small, bed is not confortable, even there is no soap.

Good value of money. Clean and tidy and also easy to find

The self check in is great however maybe for some people it will be a bit complicated and take times

Extremely clean , nice staff very comfortable bed. Not far from the motorway but absolutely not noisy ?

It is essential bit there is all you may need for a sleep full night.

Didn’t like anything.

It wasn’t clean. Men drinking in the roomNext to my wife and daughter. I had to get them moved to another room, I don’t feel safe for them to be next to them.

We appreciated the immediate change of room by the staff.

When we entered the assigned room, we found numerous cockroaches on the floor. After the receptionist saw what we were saying, she immediately provided a new room upstairs. In the new room, when we woke up, only one cockroach appeared in the bathroom and promptly hid by sliding into the door frame.

It has a free parking

The toilet was not clean (!) There was a noise of water that kept us from sleeping all night !

Not much really. Breakfast is half decent.

The check in process is a disgrace. It just doesn’t work and it seems stupid to do it online when 2 members of staff are there looking at you.The room was not clean. We were missing some bed linen and the staff didn’t believe that.The room was noisy too. Water noise all night long.

Easy check in and no check out needed

The room was very small. The shower was very small. And i had another bed over my bed.

It was just very disappointing. I know other B&B hotels. And this one was unrecognizable. No soap. The bed wasn't good. The staff was rude,. I think if i pay 2 or 3 euros more i get a normal room.

Bed (double with bunk over top) was comfy for me and my child. It was clean and the toilet and shower worked properly.

Accepting this is a budget hotel, the amount of smelly rubbish outside was unpleasant. The listing advertised aircon in rooms - there was a unit but it didn’t work and the room was sweltering. Surprised to find on arrival it was a different chain to the one I thought it was going to be - this could have been communicated.
