If you are looking at these reviews I assume you are looking for a charming local hotel..great bed, great shower pressure and temp, the NICEST staff and best location. Loved it.

Quality of the room

Very difficult to find. Several streets were closed and pedestrian only areas made it difficult to locate

Wifi setup too complicated. Did not work with chrome!

Location, food in the restaurant, very clean. All in all highly recommended.

Newer Furnitures would be nice.

Location is good right next to the Cathedral. Short walk to the Christmas. Fortunate to be able to park at hotel with very limited lots. Breakfast was good.

Charming rooms, incredible location! It was more like an upscale boutique hotel, I loved it! Staff was super nice and friendly !

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The room was lovely and the bed so comfortable. We faced the cathedral which had beautiful organ music playing. Truly an awe inspiring view! The breakfast was wonderful as well!

Amazing location in the old town

Breakfast in the historic restaurant overlooking the cathedral square -- beautiful. Something to treasure.

Stale breads and rolls, mediocre teas These are core items of a European breakfast and they should be higher quality.

Picture perfect location right next to Rathaus and Cathedral!

Very expensive for rooms that are in serious need of an upgrade. Clearly this hotel benefits from its premium location, and we did stay on a Saturday night, but we found the hotel to be rather overpriced. The room was large but furniture was a bit beat up, carpet had some stains, bathroom was clean but old. Perhaps over time consider updating rooms - if this hotel kept the charm but had nicer fixings, it would be worth the hefty price.

We were located in the annex behind the restaurant, but was quiet and location was perfect. Short walk to the restaurant for breakfast, which was plentiful and excellent. Bed was conformable, the hotel was spotless and big bathroom with great water pressure

The staff were truly anazing, breakfast was really good ,nice array of cheeses and fruit,thoroughly enjoyed

Everything was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Location excellent, staff fantastic and breakfast very traditional.

I think a little more communication regarding the parking would have helped. There are only 3 parking spaces available for the whole hotel which is probably not conveyed at the point of booking. On reflection i'm pleased I didn't cancel my booking as the hotel staff and location made for a great time. The public car parks suggested are safe, secure and reasonably cheap.

The staff were very friendly & helpful and we got upgraded as it was our 25th wedding anniversary which was absolutely amazing. The suite was fantastic, clean & comfortable just the perfect stay we are very grateful.
