An absolutely charming boutique hotel. Wonderful breakfast, well-appointed room with balcony, exceptional staff, and a great central location near the train station. We loved that it was NOT a hotel filled with American tourists.

The bathroom, while functional was a bit cramped. No elevator.

Nicely traditional while also being fully modern and confortable.Good welcome, especially worked well for out of hours arrival/departure.Very handy for station and city center.

Very quaint vibes, hearty delicious breakfast spread, conveniently located near the central train station. Best of all would be that the staff are absolutely kind and friendly; after already checking out at 12pm, we asked the receptionist if we could chill and wait at the dining area for an hour as we wait for our bus out of town, and the receptionist was very kind to let us and told us to help ourselves with the drinks/ espresso machine. Will highly recommend this place to anyone considering ☺️

Exactly what I was hoping for - a quick clean one night stop close to train station. Staff very helpful + location exceptional. In/out - clean + close to Munster shops for evening meal. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Cute little hotel in a great location with incredibly friendly staff. Everyone was so nice. I appreciated that they shared the story of how the hotel was converted from a female dormitory. I only needed a single for one night and this was perfect for a quick stay.

Our room had very nice modern amenities and was comfortable and clean. The location was very good - right near the train station but also with very close access to the city center.

Our room was on the ground floor, and while internal hotel noise was minimal, we did have some external noise from the street outside (people shouting, car doors slamming).

Friendly welcoming staff, great central location, good breakfast including vegetarian, nice decor, had a quiet room facing the garden as we requested, able to leave the luggage and even free coffee/tea. Also good blackout shutters.

Room slightly small but great stay otherwise.

Great location with nice breakfast and the room had air conditioning. You could set your own temperature making the room comfortable for sleeping. Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel was an easy walk to train station

There is no lift (I knew this when I booked and was happy to carry my bag up stairs) but I know that not everyone is able to do this so it’s worth calling out

It was an old style hotel, which had all the modern features that you need. It was also only a seven minutes walk from the train station.

This is like botique hotel with an exceptionally friendly staff and perfect breakfast. The location is excellent for visiting Altstadt and the Dom. It has atmosphere - the building is old and charming.

The major drawbacj is that their is no lift. And my room was at 4th floor. But the staff offered to carry your luggage for you.

The breakfast was lovely. Our bed was very comfortable and it was a nice room, very quiet.

The three flights of stairs to get to our room - they had warned us this was a possibility and I didn't take the opportunity to ask to be on a lower floor.

Beds were very comfortable, the balcony was a lovely touch. Staff were very accommodating. The location is great, not far from the station and a short walk to the city centre. Needs a little TLC.

The bathroom was tiny and the congestion at the breakfast area, apart from that it was a nice hotel.

bringing the suitcases up to the third floor on stairways is not an easy job, although the hotel warned me of that in advance so that I had packed my luggage accordingly (small but heavy bag and large but light suitcase).

Loved the simple and functional design of the room. The hotel was charming and historic while also modern. Location was perfect for exploring the Old Town. Appreciated the air conditioning and drinkable tap water.

Our bed shared a wall with the main hotel staircase. Being no elevator on location, we experienced some noise as people were using the stairs and could hear people in the lobby below

Breakfast was outstanding and staff were invariably pleasant and obliging

Nothing. With no elevator four floors was a lot to bring down our cases but this did not affect our stay or score. We would happily stay again. It was homelike and lovely.

Great place and location. We had a room with a balcony which added to the experience. Very high quality breakfast.

No lift is a problem. You need to take your luggage up and there’s no one to assist you

Older property close to train station and not far to city centre . I liked the honesty bar where you could take a beer out of the fridge and record in the form ready for payment next day.

I was on the third floor with no lift. This didn’t affect me but could be an issue if you have mobility issues. Breakfast was good but could do with gluten free bread and cereal.
