Nice staff, good breakfast, great location in the middle of the city

You need a sleep mask. The blinds in my room did not block any light and were only meant to give you privacy

Great location. Short walk from the train station and smack in the middle of the city. Great breakfast buffet.

They still have those huge hotel keys instead of a more modern key card system. So you need to consider if you prefer leaving your key at the reception desk or carrying around quite a bit of weight. It also means, that you have to ring the bell at night.

Friendly staff @ reception. Multi-lingual. The location couldn’t have been better.

The pillows were very flat. We were on 4th floor… elevator only goes to 3rd floor. The place was quite expensive and advertised as 4 stars, but it did not feel like a 4 star hotel.

It really was central to the old town. We were able to easily walk to all our destinations and restaurants. The staff were very helpful. We needed to leave early in the morning and they set us up with bagged lunches because we were missing breakfast, and called us a taxi at our request to go to the train station.

The staff are kind and responsive. I wanted to store my bike inside in a safe place during my stay and they kindly agreed. I ended up not needing this service but the staff were great about it. Breakfast is also very good!

The bathroom had a musty smell, and in the early morning, some noise from delivery trucks came through the window. Breakfast was nice overall, but the hot dishes (bacon, scrambled eggs, and falafel) were served cold.

Breakfast was really good, very comfy room and very attentive staff, appreciated being able to leave our luggage for a few hours before check in.

Bad smell in the toilet, noises, requested garage parking but it was not available.

Location great for walking to the train station and also for walking to the historic old town.

It would have been nice if there was an outside patio area/garden where you could sit as there are no balconies.

It was very quiet and central to the city so I could walk everywhere. Staff were friendly.

The biggest problem was that the aircon did not work at all during my stay. It was the only reason I booked this hotel. Consequently I couldn’t hide from the heat in my room in the daytime as I had planned - it was 27-29 celcius every day. This made it very hard to sleep at night - the room was a sweatbox. Lift only goes to the 3rd floor, I was on the 4th so had to walk up the stairs from 3 to 4. And as previous reviews mentioned there is a persistent stale cigarette smell throughout the building despite it being a no smoking hotel (sign in the bedroom also confirmed it was non smoking).

It would have been helpful to have printed info to explain the room features. I didn't know about the air con until the second day

Very central to and close to many restaurants and bars.Underground parking for our motorbikes.Buffet style breakfast was great

Location is perfect, markets and center of the city very close. Very clean hotel, staff excelent. Looks like a family hotel.
