City Hotel Freiburg

In City Center, accessible to everything. Reception was lovely. Our car couldn’t fit in the underground parking and she called another hotel to request parking. She went above and beyond. Also offered ear plugs for city noise.

Excellent breakfast and great service! Great coffee! The people in the reception was extremely helpful with anything from where to eat, getting a sewing kit and travlel cards! I will for sure stay here again!

The location to the old town, room size, breakfast and parking were all good. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Like for like value for money accommodation it was marginally on the lower side.

The hotel entry appearance was less than appealing. While the room was of a good size, the furniture did not allow for easy access to an open medium size suitcase for each traveller; only the floor.

Nice clean, comfortable room with a nice breakfast Buffett and friendly staff.

It was a safe and convenient location but felt like it was tucked in a back location.

Our stay was only one night during our trip. (1) The advantage of this hotel is that it has a parking lot. (2)The hotel is located in the city center, which is convenient. (3)The hotel staff were kind and provided appropriate advice on good restaurants and Cafes. (4)Perhaps because noise pollution is a well-known issue, earplugs were provided. However, they were useless because it was so noisy outside at night.(5)There is a supermarket next door, so it is convenient for those who want to go shopping.

(1)However, the parking lot is old and narrow, so it may be difficult for larger cars to park there. (2)However, the noise outside at night is loud, so you can't expect to get a good night's sleep. Also, we stayed there in early August when the temperature was 30 degrees Celsius, and the top floor was extremely hot. There is no air conditioner or refrigerator. Additionally, the fan was broken. (3)The hotel rooms are old-fashioned rather than modern. The mattresses on the beds are narrow and uneven, making them uncomfortable to sleep on. In the attic rooms, one person will have to sleep under a sloping roof.

Freiburg is a beautiful city and the hotel is located in the old town.The room is small and hot, without air conditioning. The days I stayed there were quite hot, so they provided me with a fan.Breakfast was good (nothing special).

Very friendly hosts. We were offered nice tips for dining out. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the city center. The room was large and clean. The breakfast had decent selections.

The location is very good, the bed was perfect, and the breakfast is good..

The erom had a column in front of the bed which made it a bit difficult to watch tv. It has a small place for breakfast,
