Hard to find it, tucked into a back alleys. Very spartan.

Late check in via kiosk very smooth. Close to some businesses like bakery, grocery, and restaurants but pretty quiet location. Very close to tram stop

Was nice outside seating on patio but a little cold to use. Not a lot of space in room for someone to visit. Blackbirds very loud at times!

It is a cosy nice place. A little bit away from the center but near to the tram and easy to arrive.

We really liked the receptionist. He was very welcoming and gave us good tips on transportation, etc. He also got us more breakfast as it was running low. He was very friendly. We also liked that transportation was close to get into the city and location was quiet.

Pleasant suburban location convenient to shops and free and frequent public transport.

I’m on the wheelchair, and I wanted to book a room with disabled access, but after entering everything into the search, this hotel came up that seemed to meet my needs. But when I arrived, I realized it doesn't have an elevator.

Very comfortable hotel, pleasant location with good accessibility to city center.

No particular dislikes.

1) Location is next to student's residential area as I had planned. 2) 2-3 supermarkets and restaurants are just in the vicinity. 3) Tram station is very close to arrive at/from city centre and the frequency is good.

1) The room No 214 provided to me is just adjacent to reception desk. Once you open the door, you see the guests standing immediate outside the door. 2) The bed is adjacent to noisy staircase. The guests walking up or down late night/ early morning keep you awake. 3) No alternate room made available from hotel 4) No Apotheke nearby.

The staff were very pleasant

The laundry is delivered in the early morning via the metal fire escape, this is not a quiet process.

The bed was not comfortable and made a lot of sound. We booked a double bed but it was a very uncomfortable twin bed.

Secure Underground parking.

The self registration process was protracted and arduous, as the email link they kept sending prior to my stay did not work. No air con but had a fan. Basic continental breakfast.

The location and facilities of the property is great. It does not have a elevator so in case you have large baggage its going to be difficult.

The best thing is the level of automation that they have done. In late evenings and night there is no one in the property but still the check-in and check-out was super smooth.

The hotel was in a perfect location, 3 minute walk to the tram stop. Room was basic, but very clean. Nice to have a balcony! Breakfast was good. The staff were lovely. The hotel supplied a travel ticket which gave us free use of the trams and trains, so we made good use of both and visited lake Titisee while we were there.
