Beautiful property with lovely furnishings - more like a home than a hotel.

Food is not good and very expensive given the small portions. The tastes were not good. Also the bicycles and pool table were in terrible condition.

Lovely peaceful location, staff extremely helpful and attentive, very good breakfast and evening meals served on private terrace. An oasis.

The property and atmosphere were incredible. If you want to get away from it all and have an intimate personal Goan experience, this is the place!

Just minor things. The coffee wasn’t very good. Also, the hotel arranged 2 taxi transfers. The 2nd one was VERY expensive for a trip to another hotel.

This is our third visit to the Postcard Cuelim property, my wife and I have always enjoyed our stays here. We love the warmth and hospitality from the time we're welcomed till we checkout. Kudos to the chef for all the delectable meals that we thoroughly relished, and a special thank you for baking me a fantastic cake for my birthday. Shout out to Sahaj Arora, the manager and his team, they did a fabulous job in ensuring that we were comfortable. Would like to add that this property is surrounded by forest cover, water bodies and paddy fields, making it home to a number of bird species. We had a blast doing some backyard birding and spotted the rare (near extinct) Grey-headed Bulbul this time, it was a lifer for us!

The property was beautiful. There was privacy and a countryside feel. The service was good.

They charged us 12,230 for an extra bed. In most hotels specially 4-5 star rated hotels.. extra beds are complimentary or a minimal charge. Charging us 12k Just for an extra bed is ridiculously expensive. A 3 star hotel room could be booked at this cost. Also the room we stayed in the Air conditioning wasn't working so we had to shift to another room which caused us inconvenience.

I recently stayed at the Postcard Cuelim hotel, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. Nestled amidst stunning colonial architecture and lush tropical surroundings, with only 6 spacious, classy and private bedroom, this hidden gem offers a serene stay like no other.From the moment I stepped into my spacious Cuelim bedroom, I was captivated by its charm. The beautiful antique furniture added a touch of elegance, and the bed was hands down the most comfortable I've ever slept on. It felt like a haven of tranquility after a long day of exploring beautiful Goa. ?But what truly sets the Postcard Cuelim apart is its exceptional service. Ranjan, the resort manager, and his team went above and beyond, to ensure that my stay was perfect ?As a solo traveler, I was touched by their kindness and genuine care, making me feel like a part of their own family. Always willing to do anything i could need, with a smile in their faces ✨Regarding the food , set a la carte, divine would be an understatement. The breakfast spread offered a great variety of choices, and the best part was being able to indulge at any hour I pleased. It was the ultimate indulgence, adding to the overall experience of luxury and relaxation.The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking, surrounded by ancient Portuguese colonial mansions, and tranquil beaches just a short drive away. Staff was exceptionally friendly and the food was amazing!

A bit secluded, no quick access to restaurants

Very specious and well equipped suites.Beautiful garden.Wonderful food. Loved the private dining & breakfast on my terrace.Special mention for the Resort Manager and his great team who do everything to make you feel comfortable.

Size of room. Character property. Service. Being able to have meals on our patio.

Over priced for what it was. No fridge in the room. Food was good one night and not the next. Moore loungers and shade needed around the pool.

Beautiful property in a quiet tranquil village. The staff were amazing and attentive - made you feel very special. The food was delicious.

The main issue we had that unfortunately left us with a bad memory of the experience was the rip off price for travel to the airport. We ask the staff to arrange a taxi, but they didn’t they arranged the hotel carriage, but we didn’t realise this until it was too late to organise our own transport. They charged 2,500 inr for the 14km journey! it was a ridiculous price. We paid only 2,200 to get from the airport to Patnem (63km). We explained that we weren’t happy about this but we were told there was nothing that could be done.

It was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The rooms were comfortable, the villa was gorgeous and well maintained, the staff and service was exceptional.

We stayed here for a night because it’s close to the airport - if only we had known how beautiful it was, we would have booked for a few nights. The building is absolutely beautiful. The staff were attentive and the food was delicious.

It’s a lovely property in the middle of nowhere. If you are looking for some peace, calm and silence; then The Postcard Cuelim is perfect. It’s just got 6 bedrooms, each a private sanctuary in themselves. The staff is absolutely amazing. During my stay, I sprained my foot and they were very caring and attentive. They ensured I got the right medicines and was taken care off. I have to make a special mention of Mukesh and Pandu from the staff…they really took good care of me.

There is nothing about the property that I didn’t like. But yes, you must consider the location once before you book. If your agenda is partying and going out everyday, then this may be a little too far from the main Goa areas. Especially North Goa. If you just want to chill and relax, then it’s amazing.

A heritage property beautifully restored into a boutique hotel with the most caring staff we ever met. Everything is perfect from the food to the bedrooms to the service. Especially the service: check in anytime and even checkout anytime: our plane was at 21:15 PM and we could keep the room until evening. Food was served on request and the staff helped us to rent a scooter and a car without any hotel surcharge. It could not be any better.

Beautiful, historic Portuguese built house in the countryside. Tranquility in a fine setting

A part of a very nice & clean room, with organic cosmetic products, great service of the super friendly & helpful staff, great tasty food, we enjoyed most the flexible breakfast time and the flexible check-out.

The property is tucked away in a nice quiet corner. Beautifully done up and well-maintained. Hotel staff were courteous, prompt and very helpful. The food was excellent, everything on the menu was flavourful and prepared with utmost care.

It’s a stunning property in a colonial style. The building and garden are very well maintained. The staff was great, kind and professional. The food offer was good, lots of choice and great quality. We borrowed their bikes, which was nice to get to the beach, which is only a short ride away.

Fantastic location and property. Super hospitable team, just felt like a family. Food was absolutely great.

Air conditioning in the room wasn’t enough to cool the room down. We had to sleep in sweat. A bigger capacity AC would solve the problem.
