Very poor hotel

Everything did not like

We didn't had breakfast.Location was good.

They do not provide basic facilities like water bottle/ jug, glass. TV was not not working. Swimming pool was dirty. Staff was not cooperative.

Place was good. Location is good. Rooms are small.

I paid for AC room and the room AC was not working. The condenser of the AC was not working while the AC fan was on. It was clear that it was done on purpose so that people think that AC is ON but on fact the AC is off. No cooling only fan working in the AC. Even after informing staff guy to fix the AC the staff guy lied and didnt take action. They are just ripping off people.

The facilities tv was not working properly no cleanliness mosquito in the bathroom, behaviour of the staff at counter was the worst

I DONT THINK THE PROPERTY OWNER WILL UPGRADE THE PROPERTY, I FEEL TYPING THIS MESSAGE IS ALSO WASTE OF TIME ?

I found a frog inside the toilet room and a cockroach in the bedroom. With a muddy and sandy swimming pool . All the very best for your future .

Location isvery good.

The location is very good but the hotel room is damp and the taps in the bathroom are not working and there are many small insects and the bed and switch board need a lot of repairing.

The location was really nice. The Manageress was helpful and very friendly. The night attendant at the front desk was very helpful. The restaurant had a decent menu and served food nice and hot and fresh. Waiting staff were all wonderful.

The first room the Ac was leaking continuously and appeared dangerous. The second room given after we complained, the ac was not working to it's full capacity. Was warm. The hot/cold tap was leaking continuously. The next room given was a cottage. The bathroom was dirty. Needs a good cleaning. The basin faucet was leaking continuously. What a waste of precious water.

Everything! Wonderful traditional hotel bit frayed around the edges but that adds to it's charm, lovely pool. extremely friendly helpful staff superb location a few minutes from unpoilt beach. excellent adjoining restaurant Little Anthony's I can throughly recommend.

This hotel was brilliant. Lovely big pool, comfy beds, good size room and the shower was powerful. Pefect location. We had a room with a fan that had a balcony looking over the pool and sunset. Would definitely stay here again and 100% recommend.

Staff on arrival wernt welcoming but cheered up after a while.

The location of the hotel is quite good, close to the beach.

AC rooms don't have a good view, the rooms are old and feels like a not so well maintained vintage place. If you want a room with a view, opt for the non-AC rooms as these rooms are beside the pool. The swimming pool is quite shallow with dirt and can be maintained better.

Confortable place with nice people, great restaurant, great swimming pool, very good location.. perfect for families and easy time..

It had a pool and was near the beach and shops. Refill water machine was good.

The room was absolutely filthy. Mattress had a hole in it. Pool was green all round the edges. Can't even begin to describe the dirt on the doors walls and in the bathroom.

Disgusting

The filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. If every room is like the one I stayed in, the place should be condemned. I stayed for 6 nights, the room was never cleaned, sheets changed or bins emptied. Mould on the beds and walls

Stinky hotel even the rooms stank of sewage, toilets are dirty,no toilet rolls, cats peed on the bed, the towels were stained and the bedsheets are worn out with stains,wires dangling around the property and you find hoses everywhere. Swimming pool is dirty and the guests are too noisy.This was the worst experience ever. Will not recommend this accomodation to anyone.

Room was very small, and 2 single bed for most of the rooms. Otherwise ac, power service or even water supply was very good. You will get Aqua gurard in the reception and refill your bottle. Pool is quite nice, clean and they do proper maintenance.Over all its pretty good.Few staffs are very good, but when asked a staff to extend the time for half of the day, he behaved rudely. we didn't even ask for free, offered half day pay along with full tax. + it was not even booked either.
