I have seen one of the worst hotels because I booked 4 rooms in my family members my request is a previous check in The hotel Manager told me is it ok once I reached the hotel The manager told me the room is not available my total family members are struggled

Pathetic and poor stay.

The room and ambience is really pathetic. pls remove this proptery from your listing. Pls do not book this hotel for staying with famly. no hotwater , rooms are very old in a appratment building.

The hotel is very clean, reception staff are helpful, the hotel is situated in the heart of the city and very accessible and affordable too

All good

location near to station, clean and approchable

staff not polite

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Wow ?

Loved how peaceful the hotel was everything was at a walkable distance and the staff were really good and helpful

Good ? hotel City Comfort

Room was comfortable though a little basic.Staff were friendly and helpful

Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was good and very helpful. We checked in after long ride of 600kms and it was good decision to choose this hotel. Rates are also good.

Disappointing. I was there only for 5 hours and it was disappointing.

The bathroom did not have a closing window. There were mosquitoes and other insects in the bathroom. The bathroom cleaning was not even up to the basic standards.

Average hotel

while booking they said for offline booking its 1400 /- but they charged me 1500/- because I paid online.

The room and bed was congested. We payed 1400 something. It didn't worth for this much money. Lift was small and had difficulty using the door..

Reception staff was very friendly, good service, good location, economical price, we were allocated good room with service staff, Hari was excellent, thanks guys, when I come to Goa I will stay at your hotel .

First thing is they gave us delux bedroom which was super huge and good bathroom facilities and staff were so good with us as was with my mom and she liked it very much.

Wifi needs to be strong.Even though bed was huge but still it was not comfortable we were not able to sleep with that mattress.

Comfortable, clean, it was a good place to do a transit. Big room, ac, fan, good shower, good wifi

The hotel is on the 5th floor of the building, there is a lift anyway, but the entrance is not nice at all.It was a bit pricey

Close to stationClose to food joint.

Lift is horrible. No kitchen hence no bed tea.Good

Located in the city at a location where everything ranging from market, clinics, eating joints, banks etc. is available.

Wifi range was limited upto reception or nearby room.
