The location was really nice with the Sal river touching the property. Also restaurants offeri9ng various choices at a walking distance.

Breakfast could have been better with more options.

Very scenic being by the river at first was very peaceful

A film crew turned up on our second night about midnight set up all their equipment outside our door they kept us awake all night it was horrendous and the staff did not say anything to us or tell them to be respectful to other guests it spoilt the whole trip

Amenities were as told. Service is prompt.They allowed outside food and beverage.

Restaurant service was unavailable. Although last day we got breakfast . It was arranged actually for Russian guests.

You needed to order same a day before, god know's what it would have looked like.

First of all, I would like to inform the owner, I have worked in hospitality industry as I mentioned in our telephonic conversation (worked in a couple of 3 star to 5 star hotels for more than a decade) to understand how the system works. But you know better I guess!!!.The staff, the owner and everything about the communication with the property. There were no clarity in communications and they wait for you to pay the advance and call back saying we have cancelled your booking because you didn't pay half in advance, and now we don't have the same rooms which was chosen earlier and have to pay extra amount for the rooms or cottages which are available now. When spoke with the owner regarding this issue, got a rude answer saying, “Go ahead talk with the booking.com people, anyways, we don't trust booking.com.” I am attaching some pictures of the chat conversation that happened between me and the property staff Ms. Rekha. Do I recommend this place? Well you have to decide for yourself. Are you comfortable getting insulted after making advance payment? Are willing to paying extra money after confirmed booking? If your answer is yes to both those questions, please go ahead. I can only wish you luck.As per my understanding, we customers are at property's mercy after advance payment. I am using booking.com since 2017 and this is the first time I am having a nightmare after a booking.This one is for booking.com people: I contacted booking.com, for which I got reply after 6-7 hrs, tried calling the customer care number with no answer since I am a level 2 customer I am unable to make a priority call. I have to be in LEVEL 3 to get connected with customer care on a priority basis. Booking.com, please remember, first booking or LEVEL 3 customer, we all expect a minimum TAT from your side to resolve our problems at the earliest.

The river view rooms are nice. You get a panoramic view of the river and it's a pleasant place to stay.They have an elevator and small cottages too.

The bathroom wasn't up to good standard. The bathtub in the room had a clogged drain.Be careful of the glass shelves, they're not fixed.

The location of the riverside cabins is incredible, with balconies looking out over a river full of wildlife and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The rooms are equipped with AC and, while basic, comfortable and clean. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating and the breakfast was incredible, with fresh fruit, juices, omelettes and different Indian dishes each day. The location is very near the beach and several great restaurants.

The hot water in the shower could take upwards of 5 minutes to kick in and the floor of the bathroom did collect water.

The place is very good. Definitely worth a visit. It's besides a beautiful river. The place is so silent and blissful.The complete place is very well done. Highly recommended for anyone visiting South Goa or Cavelossim.The beach is also close by.

I find it a little expensive especially for breakfast and other additional services with no standard prices.

The location in the log cabin by the river was perfect. It's great if you like to see and hear the birds and fruit bats.The staff were really helpful - the young lady on thy day shift, and the man on the late shift - booking taxis for us - and helping to organise river trips.The man supervising breakfast was also extremely helpful.

the system and price not value for money at this time of the year, just have to carry water bottles as property would charge for extra water bottle.. very very very minimal toiletries,

the toilet paper could be replaced on time. the room could be cleaned of the red ants.

The location is stunning with river views and tucked away on quiet roads. The town nearby has lots of good food options. Overall a great place place to relax.
