Seasons Hotel & Spa

The hotel was in an ideal and central location in South Goa about 10 - 15 mins drive away from the centre. The staff were very hospitable and accommodating, they even extended our stay on short notice which was very helpful. The rooms were clean and the facilities were great. I loved using the gym which kept me happy and the breakfast had a good variety.

The only thing that I didn't like was that there was a particular smell on the 02nd floor which was not pleasant.

My room was just close to the stadium so if u are intrested to the match it can me priceless to be there. The room was tide and the air condition plus the fan make it even too cold! but it simple to manage it.The breakfast hall is not big but is comfortable. The food was ok, not too many options but there was some fresh salad and juyce, hot milk and tea. i appreciate the opportunity to toast my bread, the jam was nice and the vegetable was ok.The staff was gentle and quiet.

I notice that some plates from room service stay on the corrido's floor for too long.I info to go to the capital city and they offer me only one option: an expensive taxicar. I ask other options and they said there was not. Then i find out u can go by bus, moto taxi, or even by tuktuk. I think is necessary to be more straight

the whole room was a shamble s, no toilet roll , 1 pillow , no mini bar just empty fridge , kettle broke , 1 cup ,,

Staff was polite. Service was good. Breakfast was buffet. Simple menu but taste wise good. Could be better.

The room was on the smaller side. Lighting near the cupboard wasn't appropriate. No proper light near the mirror. Getting ready for ladies is difficult.

One of the main mistakes I did in my life is checking in this hotel. Even though they say there's wifi, it never worked. Staff is very rude. It takes more than an hour to get ordered food. Overall such a pathetic hotel I have never seen

First let me start with breakfast they tell they serve continental and indian breakfast fast but the fact is in there is nothing in continental breakfast no cold cuts nothing and the rooms are also sticking of bad odder beds height is also to low and above all the staff is also rude....kind don't waste you money by going there, many other properties are avaliable in that range.

The room was comfy and well maintained. The food at the restaurant was also good. However, the service (both housekeeping and restaurant service) should have been better, because that ruins the experience. The only great thing about the hotel is it's close proximity to the stadium, if you're interested in watching a game.

Poor coordination between staff and management. Housekeeping staff forgetting to replace towels everyday. Room service staff forgetting to bring the full order. Below average breakfast quality - plus, again, poor service. Front office desk forgetting to update the records in time, which made check out slower. Not all room amenities were available as mentioned on the site.

Breakfast was fair, Location is good.

No hot water in the morning. Please provide better blankets.Room key had to be activated many times.

The hotel is right on road so location wise it's good. Room was clean and spacious. The food ordered was tasty.

The ambience of hotel is very dark and closed type. An over the counter inquiry happened when I was checking and the price mentioned by the receptionist was half of what I paid to booking.com. Lesson learnt that if you can take the risk, go for it and book hotels on the spot in Goa as their are too many options but with family it's understandable that we can't take risk. Breakfast was very basic. Parking is limited but they help with basement parking if needed. One more thing, next morning there was no water due to some issue. Didn't get alerted before hand and got stranded in bathroom. It was one day stay so we were glad that we checked out next morning.

Breakfast was good. Would rate 3/5.Best was the Room Service 5/5.

Nothing there were to like.

The guy who was sitting reception seat he didn't let us cancel the booking. He said pay whole bill then you can go anywhere. Your booking is through the booking. Com so you cannot cancel the booking. My one of friend came with us and they booked other hotel through booking.com but their hotel didn't said you have to pay whole bill if you want to change hotel. So I feel our season and spa hotel's person trap us and we didn't feel like to stay there but he put condition so we stayed there.. Breakfast was so bad. Almost same menu daily. Manju

Room was spacious and well lit. AC was good.Lenin was clean. Value for money.Manager is very cooperative.Good breakfast.

Need more convenient points for charging phones.There were couple of cockroaches in the room

The location is good, so does the hotel looks good.

Basic The location is good, the front desk staff needs to be trained to handle check in, self was denied for check in initially stating self being local and unmarried when asked for documention I was allowed to check in and given a dusty and dirty room which is highly not acceptable being getting charged for the room. No in room dining available post 10pm Worst experience ever

Location, rooms, staff service was really good. Rooms were clean tidy.
