Location, beachfront, value, and basic necessities including water bottles, tea/coffee supplies and iron on request. Staff is polite and responsive

Toiletries were minuscule. Soap was thin piece of wax. toilet roll was quarter of normal size.

Breakfast in the Beach restaurant, Fisherman Pele, connected to the hotel was very good. Decent prices for a tasty and substantial breakfast looking out over the sea.

The room had a tint on the windows which made it darker than it needed to be. Would be good to have comfortable chairs in the rooms rather than upright dining chairs.

It was close to the beach. Just 1 min walk from the hotel. On the beach there are couple of restaurants which have a fresh sea food. You can barging for the price of grilled fish. And the beach in April was very quiet and this is what I liked about it. The room was clean, the furniture was a bit old. The airco was very good. And there was a kettle. So, if you are not expecting 5 stars it is pretty decent to stay there a couple of days. And for some extra payment I could arrange a later check out.

A bit old furniture. The standard WiFi was not good in my room on the first floor. But then I received the access to a different network. Depending on a day / weather there might some garbage on the beach. But this is I think quite common in India.

Nasya Cottages - The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and clean. Good service. Overall, super friendly staff. Excellent beach access, with in-house water sport activities center (called Pele), with free sunbeds for guests. It was quite hot outside, but the aircon remained comfortable in the rooms, throughout the stay.Open style Restaurant (Cisco) is spread on a nice, raised deck. touching the sea. A mix feeling of a beach shack restaurant and a proper land restaurant. Good Food. Special word of thanks to Alex Pinto at the restaurant. Always helpful and knows the restaurant so well. Good secure place, and Jim the tall strong guard, always smiling, gives you a feeling of additional safety.Professional and caring staff. Special mention to Renuka at the reception, who paid close attention to an issue of booking, relating to another site agoda.com. Handled well by the hotel, although a booking platform issue.My booking for one night was on booking.com and the rest of the days on Agoda.com. Explained the matter on the first day to the staff, Saviola and Murielle. They were candid enough to understand the confusion caused on Agoda.com. Later when the matter was explained to the senior staff, Renuka, she was immediately and pleasantly closed the situation. Upgraded me to the next level of rooms, the seaside cottages. Thank your Renuka, for your continuous attention and checking on everything throughout my stay.Overall, good stay, highly recommended.

It seemed to me that there was a misrepresentation on Agoda.com site, as compared to Booking.com. Similar rooms were wrongly presented as "higher category pricing" by Agoda. The Hotel needs to take it up.They do not have a package, including the breakfast. Seems the restaurant is managed separately. But overall, will visit again, if in South Goa. Cheers.

It's a scam! My guests stayed there, was bkd for Seaview but hot only hpt nonseavew. The manager had agreed the refund but the owner was rude n denied the the refund.Waitung for booking.com intervention n they support such properties seems really unfair. An executive from booking.com supposed to get back but did not hear still. Kindly avoid this greedy ppl n not even a 2star bit charging 5star.

We didn't actually stay in their beach huts, we stayed in one of their rooms.Comfortable and clean accommodation right on benaulim beach. Decent sized rooms with outside seating, Aircon and kettle.

We could hear every sound from the room next door. Footsteps, talking and coughing etc. When they opened and closed their door our whole apartment shook.Fridge would be nice.

great location, right on the beach. nice helpful staff. a beautiful garden. the only thing was that the fridge and the leash were missing, then it would be a perfect accommodation

Lovely place. It has direct access to the beach with sunbeds, a restaurant with an impressive choice of fresh seafood and tasty cocktails (btw, the bartender gives good recommendations). We stayed in the Sea View Room, it has a balcony with chairs and an end table. We went for a long walk on the beach. Nearby is a watersport center for activities. It's a great place to stay for both weekends or for a longer vacation.

WiFi service was not that great. Restaurant was bit expensive. Its direct beach front, but the room assigned was NOT having beach view (as promised in the description, at the time of booking)

Really wonderful place and the people who own it and all who run it are super friendly. The location, right on the beach, is gorgeous and the room is very spacious with everything you need and a good AC. All of my requests were attended to immediately and with a smile. Genuinely blown away by the friendliness of everyone here. Smiles all round. :)

Noise from surrounding weddings on some of the evenings - but not the fault of the property!

Great location right next to the beach and plenty of dining options. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The attentive and competent staff at reception and housekeeping, always helpful and fulfilling guests whishes. The beautiful furnished room, the spacious terrasse with view in palm trees and garden. Close to the beach.

Very well located property at benaulim beach. Reception and service Staff is friendly and sincere. Food at the cafe is also good. Rooms are spacious and well done too.

Bathrooms and shower condition can be improved slightly. Although when staying beach cottages one has to compromise a lil bit.
