Very considerate and polite staff. Accommodated our requests for upgrade to free breakfast and extended checkout. The location is very close to the beach (about 400m), Free parking available outside.

The rooms are too compact with barely any space around the bed, though they have a wide big balcony.

Nice size hotel not too big not too small. Facilities are good. Not too far from the beach

Floor cleaning in room was done with a dirty mop High tea had no healthy optionsRecommend to have a shuttle going to town.Improve your coffee

Size of the rooms was much smaller than depicted (felt like sleeping in a matchbox) - false advertising with regards to the pics available on Booking.com

Location and cleanliness

They gave me a room at the end of the property may be because it was booked online. While it was quite visible that other rooms at the beginning of the property were vacant. The walk to the end was a drag. However the overall staff attitude and value for money is great for this place. Will surely visit again.

The staff was the best and in addition I liked the exclusivity of the hotel far from any commotion. Serene environment and close to the beach.

The hotel was excellent with cleanliness of rooms. Their room service too was excellent. The food too was exceptional -from Indian to Chinese to continental! Fabulous.I must mention that when the cover of a dish fell on the floor and the person picked it up and put it back on the dish, a lunch server immediately picked it up, took it away and brought a clean cover back. I did mention this to the manager and credited him for this amazing action taken. A fantastic, fabulous, exceptional facility. Breakfast, lunch , High tea , and dinner! Every meal was fresh and well displayed with names etc. The desserts was exceptional too. I had a rental car as its a little distance away from town. From the Dabolim airport it was a 50 minute ride with the rain. love this place and will definitely go back and check in here.

Everything was excellent and to my expectations!

That thoughtful gesture made a big difference and made our stay much easier as a family.• The property itself is serene and welcoming, with most amenities in place and well-maintained. It provided the perfect environment for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway.Thank you again to the entire team for making our visit so comfortable and memorable. We’d be happy to return and will recommend the property to friends and family visiting South Goa.

• That said, we did notice a few minor maintenance issues, some fungus formation on the bathroom door and floor, and the sit-out area cushions appeared visibly unclean.• There were also a couple of small concerns with the food: the vadas served at breakfast were consistently sour across multiple days, and some of the bakery items felt a bit hard or stale.• These were minor issues in an otherwise enjoyable experience but addressing them would certainly enhance the overall stay.

We had a wonderful family stay at Fairfield by Marriott, Benaulim, Goa. Traveling as a couple with our 9-year-old daughter, we truly enjoyed everything the property had to offer. The location is peaceful yet well-connected, giving easy access to the beautiful Benaulim Beach.The hospitality was excellent—the staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. Our daughter especially loved the swimming pool, and we all looked forward to the delicious breakfast spread every morning, which had great variety and quality.The amenities were top-notch, and the overall ambiance of the hotel made our stay extremely comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and fun getaway in South Goa!

Location was awesome. .Breakfast was too good. Pool was very big enjoyed the pool during the stay. They had many indoor games like ludo fooseball and outdoor games like cricket , badminton , football . yoga lawn and gym was Nice .Children could do pottery , canvas painting, multiple PlayStations in kids room.

Bed size was queen bed & no King size beds in property.

Very nice stay thank you ,staff excellent , one small downfall , the hotel does not offer a change money facility, which could be helpful.. also it wasn't offered on our booking , but a twin room with balcony would have been perfect , we did not see this on initial booking .

Room were small and not cleaned on time . Also, it used to take too much of time in getting in any room service food delivery however staff’s behaviour was good

The location was excellent and so was the food. It had a very elaborate and carefully curated breakfast menu with an equally hospitable staff.

The size of the Room is something which needs improvement.

Perfect location, a few minutes walk to a fantastic clean long sandy beach. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Staff were all very friendly and polite. Nice spa( although needs soundproofing) Only disappointment was lack of an atmospheric bar to sit at and have a drink in the evening. There is a small pool bar but often too loud with live music to use as a place to sit and chat.

Lack of a nice bar area to sit in during the evening, no where to sit comfortably and have a drink and a chat after dinner. Spa needs better space, you can hear all the pool noise during the treatments.

This was my second time to stay at this facility. Excellent Breakfast and Dinner package. Vast variety of food. Staff were excellent and took very good care of us at all times. Special mention to Frilia, Shruti, Nikita, Arun, Vaibhavi, Aaron, Sadie and all staff names I did not note, Also, special thanks to the Chefs who mingled with guests and offered to make anything special they like. Very much appreciated this service and it made all the difference during out stay. Kuddos to all Staff.

Bathroom - could definitely be cleaned better if perhaps there are spot checks after cleaning. Especially corners of the shower glass door.

This place is absolutely perfect for anyone looking to relax. The rooms have everything you need and the food at the hotel is great. There are a number of different activities available and the pool is great. 10/10 would recommend ?

I literally only came here 'cause my flight got moved and I picked the wrong airport. It's clean and good as you would expect from any Marriott.

Check-in took forever, but check-out was on time. Food was unnecessarily expensive and bland.

Amazing! All the staff were professional,, polite and very accommodating. We celebrated our sons birthday there and they provided a cake and decorated an area of the restaurant for him. My mum was catered for really well, she doesn't eat onions or garlic, and the staff made sure she was informed of dishes that she could eat or dishes were specially prepared for her.We were there for New Years and it was an amazing atmosphere. The pool and poolside bar areas are fantastic. Staff and security always visible.A very short walk to the beach which is stunning - as you'd expect for Goa!I took mum for a massage which was superb, the ladies delivering this service are so polite and definitely know what they were doing!Loved this resort - thinking of coming back for Christmas one year!

It wasn't as close to the shops as we thought and most tuk tuks wouldn't take us from the shopping area to the Hotel as it was wasn't worth it for them, and we couldn't walk as we had elderly people within our party. Other than that - no complaints!
