Cut short stay bcz they had hidden charges, despite had a final word on payment

Wifi was not working, unstable wifi,even supporting staff said, this problem can't be resolved bcz owner is not interested. Automatically indicates he is interested in churning money

The walls were full of spiders and spider net. The bed was very dirty and full of dust.

Nothing was good

Cleanliness was good. The location is great. Walkable from Madgaon Railway station.

They have this Non Ac and AC room but it was not clearly mentioned while booking and when we reached there, they told us about it and asked for extra money for an AC room. This should be clearly mentioned in order to have clarity while booking

Very nice hotel and a must stay! Especially for people who use Madgaon train station. It’s very close and we always use it when traveling goa. Highly recommend. There’s also a nice swimming pool so if you need to cool down from the goa heat this place is great. The restaurant on ground floor is some of the best food we have had in India ??

First time in my life I booked through the booking.com but it was the waste decision I took ever. I never stayed any rooms liked this. They charged extra amount and said that it’s a tax. From booking.com what they charged and what I paid is entirely different

Room is very congested. Toilet is small like anything, no hanger or anything inside the toilet.in total I wasted my time and money with this property and spoiled my vacation, the photos shown in booking.com and the reality is entirely different. never trust booking.com.till this date usually I used MakeMyTrip and I am fully satisfied with MakeMyTrip because what they offered and delivered were same till date. I don’t think anyone will use the dirty swimming pool in this property

Location was okay

Room was stinky and there were so many insects

The room is very lowsy.. very old kind. many things in the room didnt work. the hotel seem to be full so they gave two different type of room. one big and one small. and also on different floors for a family.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming.The location was accessible, as it is just a kilometre away from Madgao station.

The room was not clean. There were little bugs in the washroom. There was a weird smell that was constantly there.

Location is fine and the restaurant

The staff at reception felt like cheating on people for money. Even he took money for a day extra payment as we checked in 8 hours early and he doesn't provide us a payment receipt of it.

WORST HOTEL

I booked this hotel for my parents for their visit to Goa for one day and the experience there was like hell. First of all they will never pick up your call. I tried to call them multiple times on every given number to confirm the booking, but no number was connected. When my parents reached the property there was no one at the reception to attend. When they showed the room , the fan and lights in the room were not working , they took 1 hour to make them work. The telephone in the room was not working. No water bottles were provided even after asking twice. Staff was only there to unheed the demands of visitors. Worst experience ever. I would never recommend this worst property to anyone. Moreover I would suggest Booking.com not to recommend such useless properties having such irresponsible staff. Such useless properties are unfavorable to your reputation. I'm not sure how you are showing 7+ ratings for this useless property. Worst experience ever!

Location of room, , ventilation in room, Cleanliness in room & bathroom,, equipped furnishing especially for hanging clothes, room service .

Toilet seat was shaky, tissue papers were not available, when requested the provided ones did not last for 2 days of my stay, menu card was not made available in room after requesting, early checkin cost charged in addition to two days of my stay, phone went non operational late evening

Close to railway station and can walk to there

Very basic room but good value for money

-There’s a restaurant downstairs and if you call a number they will bring drinks to your room.-The shower had good pressure and hot temperature.- Wifi is strong.- Decently spacious room.-5 min tuk-tuk to the railway station.- Good food in the restaurant.

-As we arrived at the reception there was no warm welcome by the staff and it felt as if they didn’t want us there.- No AC in the room and the ceiling fan is loud and ineffective and it was quite humid in the room even with it turned on.-The view out the window is tarnished by a weird fence and planks covering the view.- Two power outages in the night causing us to wake up by sweating.

Decent size swimming pool but needs to be maintained well.

Room was not properly cleaned. Stains on the bedsheets and blankets had hair.

Good location and the restaurant nearby

Rooms are very small in size .

I like the most was availability of breakfast/lunch/dinner and liquer in the same building. I also liked the food served at hotel room. In breakfast south Indian items were very good.

great room, very good price and the food downstairs in the restaurant was the best. very close to the train station which was great for us as we had a 6am train to catch the next day.
