Paloma De Goa Resort

Pool was good. Well maintained and clean though there were beer bottle caps around the pool floor. Staff behaviour was good. Room size was good and clean. Round the clock hot & cold water was available. Bike and car rentals was arranged. Response from the property was prompt. They arranged for an induction stove on request.

Not enough charging sockets in the rooms. Kitchenette is name sake. Only 2 utensils were steel. The other 5 are plastic jus like the dog's bowl. No water glass in the room.No electric kettle. Often power fluctuations. far from the beach. No eateries at a walkable distance. The only option is to hire a bike. Most of the channels are to be paid . In the other bedroom there was no TV(though it was mentioned). If you want to book u can do it directly instead of going through booking.com. if there are any discrepancies, both blame each other leaving the customer in difficulty and waste of money.

Good location. Was nice view from room.

Car parking need to be allocated. Rooms were lacking with amenities ( plates, cutlery & glasses). And personally smart TV’s would be a great.

The rooms where big and spacious but are very tired, they have us a interconnecting room, which the neighbours wher extremely loud.We went one night without any power in main bedroom but they resolved that quite quickly. Ok for a couple of nights but would not recommend a more then that. Staff where lovely

Pool area absolutely disgusting nothing like the photos at all! No sun loungers all the tables where covered in bird mess. Grass growing out the water overfill around the pool.Did not state they did not accept card so 2 tuk tuks later and bank charges for me to pay up so room not the price you book after all transport and fees. Booking.com sort this out not fair!

The way reception person treated us I had a infant with me and she use to take care of my baby and send me to eat breakfast She was very very helpful and friendly

If you value your money don’t book it. We gave them 8000 rupees and got facility for 2000 rupees

The staff was courteous but everything about that place was underwhelming. I’ve learnt a valuable lesson about not trusting curated pictures on booking.com

I massively overpaid for the property. Apparently there’s a nexus where the locals treat guests differently based on the mode of booking an accommodation. Booking.com is in on it too, it shows inflated prices and misleading pictures. Your customer service was of no help either.

Everything was perfect. Quiet place, clean rooms, Sernabatim beach 15 minutes by walk. Very helpful and kind personnel. Breakfasts was not denounced in booking, but have been provided nevertheless! Best place for it's price.

It is a decent property which is well maintained and has necessary facilities when traveling specially with family.Beach is just few mins away on motorbike.Benaulim, Sernabatim,colva all r nearby beaches. Restaurants are nearby. The staff were very friendly.Assisted us with all our requirements.Overall a wonderful experience.Definitely value for money

They had a simple but good breakfast - fruits, eggs, idlis, bread, butter, jam, tea & coffee.The staff was extremely helpful and importantly always smiling. We were a group of 37 people and everyone was well looked after. Requests for water, tea / coffee was met promptly.Overall a wonderful stay.

They do not have a restaurant, though enough menus to order in from.

Nothing bathroom was very old bed sheets were used one as matter of fact left early cause I couldn’t had a good rest mosquito was all over couch was leather was cracked

The room and bathroom were nice and clean, bed was comfortable, the balcony was nice.

The staff were not helpful, felt like they didn't care. The interactions whit the receptionist were awkward.

The staff were good in responding quickly and helping out with stuffs we needed like knife, match sticks, cleaning etc. especially the service at the desk by Uriel and Rishel were very satisfying and helpful. The smiles and greetings by the boys assisting around were a treat to watch. I would come back to the place mainly because of their services. Rooms were nice too especially the cleanliness, spaciousness, couch, terrace with the greenery views. The swimming pool was nice, clean and the water was being exchanged every 2-3 days. The breakfast was not that bad. I loved the bicycle ? they had which we used to reach the beach and market conveniently and the cost was okay.

The kitchen was not so helpful especially without a heating/induction plate and some pots. They could alternate the puri/oily flatbread sometimes with idly or likes.

The rooms were neat, clean n spacious. ? The location is nice there is lot of greenery around and it is very peaceful.

They can add more facilities e.g. a gaming room with board games, TT table, Carrom etc

Had requested for late check-out, initially they accepted for late check-out and we also did an hour early check out and still charged half the amount of booking. The receptionist blamed us stating we spent a lot of time at the pool which was also at noon, not even post 6pm so we anyway need to pay them. Before booking to this hotel we did not have any rules which told we are required to use the pool for certain hours.This was really disappointing for a regular guest like us.

Staffs are really helpful.
