It’s a bit away from central Lonavla. But yet very well placed if you like to be away from hustle bustle.

Property is a lil away from city centre chaos. Rooms are clean and staff is good

This hotel is very near to 2nd Entry of Lonavala, say after Khandala entry of express way. We have reached early so we have to wait for the room but they have given us the room at 12 noon where as check-in was at 2 pm. Check-in was very smooth. Rooms are quite spacious for 2 but with 3rd bed it will be full. Not much space left. There is not much view from hotel. Ours was facing express way. Room has all the amenities required. Bed is quite comfortable and king size. Cleaning staff was very helpful. They were ready to help if you want cleaning more then once, they are ready with smile. They have given us many more water bottles due to hot temperature. They have very beautiful spa. We have used that. Masseurs are quite professional and understand our requirement. One can try this.They have wide variety in breakfast. You get south India, north Indian and continental breakfast. Service is also good and fast. Stewards are ready to help. We appreciate ‘Urvashi’ at the restaurant. She was very helpful. Book hotel with breakfast only. We have not taken lunch/dinner so can’t comment.Overall good hotel to stay with good service.

They do have swimming pool but very small in size. Some recreational games are there but very limited. They have air hockey but not working properly. They keep some activities in the evening but when we reached, no one was there.

Fern hotel management is very good location is also very good Mr.Arvind Nagesh front desk manager and his team excellent very cooperative all support staff well trained and cooperative hotel breakfast the best and excellent.

The Food taste and quality was very average.They can much better.Also the property seemed over full and the staff was not able to handle th crowd.There was no guidance at the gym with the machines

Food menu was made as per the marriage function at hotel. The food was kept together for people attending marriage and others.We were given twin bed room in place of double bed. Changed the room then the bed was horrible and noisy even if you move slightly and could not sleep. Staff was not so courteous.

mainly booked this hotel cause it had a pool but the pool was too small so couldnt use it with the family. Would not suggest using this pool if you are a big family. its very small.

The stay was good as the room ambience was very nice. The room was clean and was as per the expectations.

The location was a bit difficult to be found on Google map.

No WiFi or TV services available throughout stay.Data signal variable so if you need internet access check with property that their WiFi is available.Small issues with a flickering light ( all night in room ) and no coffee sachets in tray for morning drink. Needed to book an extra room and actually still got a better rate online than at the front desk .

The reception stay were very helpful and gave us a room upgrade at a bargain. it was my mother's 75th birthday and the hotel staff went all the way out to make it memorable for our family.
