Stay is good and price is affordable as compared to other hotel in the same area

Indoor sports were not available. We were expecting table tennis and other indoor sports

My 2 days stay at the luxurious Highland Resort was an absolutely unforgettable experience that will forever remain in my memory. The resort offered a perfect blend of comfort and elegance, making it a haven of relaxation. Each day was filled with new and exciting activities, delightful dining experiences, and impeccable service that added to the charm of the place. It truly was a memorable visit, one that I would cherish for a long time.

Top class Food Hygiene , my package include Breakfast and that was the best experience as we have the option to order any thing of our choice and it's on your table in a moment, There was a Small and decent swimming pool, Gardens and surrounding for Get to Gather, all was amazing???, closest connectivity to most picnic points and Market as wellWorth Every Penny?????

Good clean rooms, beds were quite big and bath was also quite clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. Restaurant on premises served us delicious hot breakfast and other snacks. Room service was ok and wifi service was ok

Staff at times had to be reminded to revert back on requests - extra tea bags or water bottles in room

What I liked :the property maintenance the staff the restaurant, parking and housekeeping facilities.

For families The swimming pool should be better equipped The garden should have more facilities for relaxation and kids’ play

I booked 3 rooms..Rooms were very clean,cozy and comfortable with good amount of light coming from the windows.There was even an extra bed.Toiletries were available .Food including both veg and non veg was excellent.Had a wonderful stay

Only thing I didn't like was the rooms were a little damp and the curtains were having a damp smell maybe because of this monsoon season.rest everything was perfect.

Everything No value for moneyIt was rated as a 3 star hotel but facilities were very poor. Hot water issue was not addressed.And many more

Food was excellent and staff was friendly and courteous. Location is perfect and walking distance to main market.

There could be better room facilities like - having tea/coffee sachets to make morning/evening tea/coffee. Tissues were missing in the bathroom.

housekeeping could be better and basic upkeep of the rooms. We got a room with a barely functioning AC even at the lowest temperature it would not cool. Gave us a room on the second floor and the lift doesnt work. We were travelling with a small child and having to carry him plus climb 2 floors multiple times a day was painful.

Liked the taste of food,cleanliness,ambience.

There is no play area for toddlers with swings and slides, infact the resort has a big garden .room service is also a bit slow.

The resorts location, food and the staff is well mannered and polite.

The bed were too soft.

Staff behaviour was very rude ,no prompt services are available..do not know how to handle customers,need customer service training.

Washroom was stinkingAnd some one dash our Car in hotel parking, and when we reported to security, security replied that it could hv happened in night that means hotel has no control on night parking, we highlighted to one of the management staff, he was more interested in talking on phone rather than listening to our issue.So basically if you wanna take your car take it on your own risk.

Breakfast and dinner were both decent and staff was very helpful. Overall a nice place very close to Central but still away from the traffic noise.

1st day breakfast was not as expected, but 2and break fast was good..

Break fast was limited to few dishes, add atleast morning juices and variety of various dishes.
