External area is looking neat and good also maintained beautiful

Rooms are not great for this cost, size is good but maintenance not up to the mark

The resort was well kept and the service was excellent. The reception guys were very courteous and helpful. We were looking out for a Cells and they just promptly provided us one.

The road leading to the resort was very bumpy.

Food quality was really bad especially the lunch and curtains were not proper the whole day direct sunlight inside the room.

Breakfast was good.Lunch was good as well.Food is good.

TV was not working.

Location was excellant and staff very polite and supportive. In Monsoon time it will be a rage

Superb service, especially in the restaurant. All staff was very helpful, prompt in service and smiling.

Very less lights in the rooms, making it very dull and gloomy.

The rooms were very poorly lit, dirty, bedsheets had shoe mark, dust everywhere on the walls, tv, table, strong unpleasant smell in the rooms, no dental kit, the position of standing rooms were horrible. No doormat.

Location of the hotel was ok but once we arrive to hotel everything was perfect

Large Room. Spacious. Cark parking closer to room helps. Restaurant is near by with quick services for vegetarian. Location is perfect close to dam.

game zone was not maintained and there was no children playing area such as swing, slide etc.

There were no TV channels available...called them thrice but didn't fix it....later it was fixed on Saturday night but none of the channels came.Also the kettle was not clean and they didn't give us hot water when asked.Also there was a snake near the pool side and we were swimming at that time....let me know if I should share the video or mention it somewhere.

The food was amazing and the LIVE singing was just a cherry on top. Humble and responsive staff too. They were quick to resolve any queries.

The location and staff were good. Also, the pool is the best place in the hotel. The rooms were spacious.

Breakfast was good but they could add more options in the breakfast and have a live counter for dosa and the omelet breakfast options. The Game Zone and Restaurant need renovation.The foosball table was broken. Can have bathtubs included in each rooms.

The breakfast was reasonably fair...it could have been better. The location is a bit far and secluded. Traveling without your personal vehicle is a big NO...

Well maintained property and location is really good. Game zone was amazing. Swimming pool was beautiful and well maintained. Staff is polite and ready to help you always.

Service time in restaurant was not upto the mark , they should make it quick.

Only the location. The room and washroom were clean.

Rooms were not as big as shown in the pictures and the balcony was very small. Not value for money.The buffet food was not up to the mark.

Ideal for families, especially if traveling with kids. Breakfast spread was decent. Dinner was very good and made exactly as ordered. Clean and well maintained.

The approach road is horrible. Location is bit isolated. Was traveling with a physically disabled kid. Not all rooms are wheel chair accessible. Not much activities available for a resort.
