Rhythm Lonavala - An All-Suite Resort

The location is excellent. Compared to prior years of visiting Rythm, it is more on a downward slope. The staff are too junior and unable to serve customers adequately. The high tea was below par.

The room facilities are ageing, plumbing, watermarks and signs of ageing are visible. The TV entertainment is vast but not easy to find what you are looking for. On occasion I noted staff busy on their personal mobile devices, utility closets left open and smelling in corridors. There are no dustbins in common areas and corridors.

Room a/c didn't work on 2 nights and we had to ask for another room at 230 am in the night. TV didn't have sound in some channels. Could not be rectified by technician inspite of remindersRoom cleaning was not done in spite of informing them till 2 pm.

Nice, clean room with big balcony. Well run hotel and gardens, nice size clean pool. The food was excellent.

We stayed at Rhythm in Lonavala for 2 nights and, unfortunately, had a very unpleasant experience. The cleanliness of the property was not up to the mark, which was disappointing given the premium pricing. To add to the discomfort, the Sofa cum bed bed in our room was not in good condition, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast spread was very ordinary and lacked variety. The service in the restaurant was very slow.Considering it was the off-season, the room charges were unreasonably high and did not justify the service or amenities provided. Overall, we were left dissatisfied and would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

This hotel is vastly overrated! For 15k a night, I expected at least a jacuzzi, but there was nothing special about the stay. It felt just like any other hotel, with nothing unique to offer. The food was mediocre, and the view was equally disappointing. I truly regret my decision to stay here, and I'm relieved I only booked for one night. They offered tea and coffee as complimentary services, but I soon discovered that they only provided the instant varieties typically found in the rooms. This was quite disappointing and fell short of my expectations for a more enjoyable beverage experience.

They served stale pan cakes and waffles. The mong dal wada was so hard it was not edible at all. Even the pastry selection was so bad. Just go there to spend the night and head back home. Breakfast is very bad.

The location with lot of greenery makes the place really soothing for the eyes. The suites are neat, clean and well maintained with wooden interiors. The staff was really helpful specially with wheelchair assistance.

The food was very average, which was not expected specially with all the other facilities being extremely good.

The location was pretty good and the staff was super helpful. Staff helped with all our requests. Breakfast and dinner were really good.

The rooms can be improved a lot as they are pretty old and outdated. The tv was very old and not enough content. The sink in our bathroom was cracked and stooping downwards. And the bathroom was not luxurious compared to any other 5 star hotels and had a lot of improvements to be done.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide range of delicious options to start the day right. Overall, a must-visit property for anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Highly recommended!

Very calm and feels secluded from the city life.

The staff should be more accommodative with certain requests of the guests like extending the check out time by an hour or so is a basic request which can be fulfilled even though there is a lot of rush. This is management of things.

Nicely maintained and clean rooms. Good hospitality of staff. Only thing is the campus is small so nothing much to do if you are looking for a hectic fun schedule. Its just a nice place to relax. Ideal for family. Food quality is good and especially restaurant staff is very hospitable and courteous. The all suite concept with balcony is really cool
