Food was nice. Staff was nice.

The room was wet and smelly, the bed was not comfortable at all. No hot water. The floor was wet and sticky and moist. Money well wasted

Poorly Managed Hotel

Very poorly managed rooms. Rooms were smelly due to damp. Linens were dirty and dust was everywhere. Staff was not cooperative at all. Overall our stay was not at all pleasant

Fee structure not good

The location was excellent. The view from the room was also excellent. Loved it.

The property needs professional maintenance.The cleanliness of the room was extremely poor. Really wondering how the hotel can handover a room with cockroaches in the bathroom and tiny ones in the room. Checked out within 3 hours of check-in out of extreme disappointment. The hotel did not bother to know the reason for early checkout...I guess they guessed the reason. Expecting a refund, if possible.

The rooms need repair n upgrade they are very old

Location was perfect for a peaceful stay. You can enjoy the morning sunrise and breezy wind right from your window.

The management is not cooperative, you have to request them multiple times to oven up your left over food ordered from same hotel. Management was kinda rude.

The location is Peaceful. We had one of the best hill-facing rooms with an excellent view of the Mumbai Pune Expressway, Khandala Lake, Morning sunrise.

AC was not working. But the weather was pleasant with excellent wind flow from the large windows.

Food was average, we got some fruits to eat and got tiffin from home so we request them to provide plates and bowl, they did not provide and said that outside food is not allowed. But what if we don't like the hotels food?

The Location was nice

Rooms and Resort were very Dirty. Unheigenic and foul smell. Dust and uncleaniness all around. Much Much renovation needed at this resort. No balconies and Room was very poor with damaged ceiling & furnitures. Very disappointed with my stay here.

No cleanliness

No cleanliness at all. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean at all. Room we checked in was not ready and still asked to check-in.

Place was good, room was sufficient big , view was also good. Location was good. Breakfast was tasty.,

Swimming Pool was not that cleaned.

Food quality was very good indeed. However, Buffet Breakfast was with limited items only.

Varities in Breakfast menue may be offered. Attached bathroom fittings not upto the mark. No mirror in washroom. Flush water force was very low.

Location is the only thing about this hotel

Cleanliness was poor and toiletries were not at all exist.I don't know why they mention resort but it's simple a basic city type hotel in Khandala at good location.

we had booked room with 2 windows and mountain view and also it showed up breakfast inclusive.When we reached to the hotel,the staff was not friendly in welcoming and also they told us that they do not have double windows room available and breakfast not included.I asked then why you have put the photos of 2 windows room and breakfast on the booking.com. They kept saying it's not available. they said you can cancel the booking. I was shocked to hear that answer after booking and driving for 3 hrs to the hotel. we had no choice but to stay in that small room with single window,though they had bigger family room and we asked them to upgrade us but they refused.check out time was 10 am. we requested to give us 1.5.hr more to check out. they refused and they allowed us only one hr. Staff was treating us like they are doing some favour to us. I would never step in such hotel again.

Timing system... Not even allowed to take pic near pool side after pool time is over... Food making time is too much...
