STAFF IS POLITE AND WARM IN APPROACH,

WHEN YOU HAVE CHILDREN TRAVELLING WITH YOU FOOD ITEMS MATTER VERY MUCH AND THE FOOD AVAILABILITY &OPTIONS NEEDS SOME VERY DRASTIC IMPROVEMENT AS EVEN SIMPLE ITEMS LIKE SANDWICH WAS NOT PREPARED PROPERLY, OPTIONS IN IN-ROOM DINING WERE LIMITED AND THOUGH ITEMS WERE LESS ON MENUCARD EVEN THOSE ITEMS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. SO OVERALL IN THIS RESPECT VERY POOR

Hotel was very old and fan is not working Bed hight very low ac not working properly

The room was old also lots of noise from nearby express way even at night.

Breakfast is nice nd worth for money , Location is nice at main highway only

The ac should be maintened or to be changed

Food was good and staff was very helpful and courteous

Rooms are not well maintained. Washroom had an unclean feel with broken and cracked doors and felt like a 2 star property... not at all worth it for the amount paid @7500 .. it was worth 3500 only/- even pool was so shabby and didn't look well cleaned.. only thing I enjoyed was the food and the good behavior of the staff... bed was comfortable... rest property is overrated and not worth the charges bec they should maintain it more well infrastructure wise if charging so high.

Overall staff attending us was amazing. Great service, great staff, hygienic rooms and restaurant. Bhuvan, Sreejan, Amol, Sayli and others... excellent service.

It was really excellent trip for me entire staff was really helpful and supportive, Specially thanks for Mr. Ankush Kumar who is front office manager He was so nice person even Ms.Mosabi who did my check in check our she was so good.tej Singh from house keeping teamI will go again this hotel beacuse of this kind of people I really appreciated and thank you so much My family enjoy so much here

Everything was sad.. Service , Food , Hygiene , Room , In-ops AC , Cleanliness and upkeep , lack of assistance , zero local tie up for transport

Nothing at all

Stay was pathetic, they charge bills for items not ordered. Have to sit with them and rectify which takes around an hour. No service at all. Not hand towels, no food service in room. We had a baby with us but no extension even for an hour for checkout.THE WORST IS THEY DON'T ALLOW DRIVERS FOR WASHROOM, ARE THEY NOT HUMANS ?

Absolutely nothing. It’s an old building, not at all appropriate for a vacation.
