- Check out should be 12...10am is too early,specially in winter season when its too cold, very difficult to get up early.
- The rooms were damp and there is this fungal smell. Room is outdated. Receptionist wasn't very helpful. They need to upgrade their rooms and with the amount they are charging, I felt they could have made the rooms better.
- The property is located away from the market. There is a auto stand nearby. There is a veg restaurant inside the premises but the non veg eating space (not a restaurant) is out side the premises to the other side of the road and is a open space. However room service is available (the manager first denied non veg room service). The food is okay. The manager is arrogant and really did not care much about helping you in anyway. Now, the room AC is pathetic and basically is a fan and the ceiling fan is uncontrollable and fixed at top speed makes your stay even more uncomfortable. Asked for help for the ac and fan but to no avail. The staffs are nice through.

Too expensive. The plumbing in the room was weird. Opening the wash basin tap caused the shower to become off
It could have been more responsive. The garden rooms seemed empty still they said all at booked. The room (Standard) that we stayed in was damp and had a peculiar smell.

Rooms were too small and not clean at all. Curtains and bed sheet were smelling. Curtains were torn.
Liked the maintenance of outer place. It just looked fabulous like colony like lavasa row houses. Every room have parking facility.
The room was dirty so I asked to change the room but that was also under cleanliness so had to wait for long tym for check-in
