It is not a 3 star hotel, child policy is very confusing, room and toilet had a foul smell, not worth the price.

Everything was good. Just gaming zone was in basement and not very good. Room was very good, Breakfast was good. swimming pool was under repair. Rest all good.

Property is located in a cozy area. Food was good.

There were pests in the room and on towel. The cleanliness in the room was not upto the mark. The tap near the wc was leaking.

Hotel maintenance is not good at all.We found cockroaches in the bathroom and very untidy.Floor looks like rusty and very old has all stains on itPool is not maintained water looks not so cleanGames zone it was like all old broken stock kept in a store room TT snooker football all was under maintenance.It was totally opposite to what they have it on the website very bad experience..Most horrible experience is there are lizards as well in the room.. very pathetic..

Staff is good room is spacious breakfast was awesome.Room service and food is best.

rooms are not cleaned and furniture is old and broken. AC was not serviced properly so no proper cooling. room not been cleaned properly nor bedsheet been cleaned . since was on business met and not to stay more in room but not worth price been paid at all.

Breakfast was good in taste and quality but it was chargeable, it should be complimentary when you are charging 2800 INR for a room.. Most of hotel gives complimentary breakfast. Room service was also good.

Poor coordination between departments. First we got the message through room service/kitchen dept tht our breakfast is complimentary, later at reception they were about to charge us for the breakfast. And reception people are really unprofessional, they don't know how to communicate with customer.

We liked - food, service, comfort and location.

The infrastructure is partly deteriorated.

Location is so bad that you will not get any connectivity. Food quality is very poor. Persons are not so training.

Swimming pool condition was very bad, not maintained at all.Rooms are also not cleaned and Bathrooms are also not in good shaped.Staff and services not good

Missbehaviour of the hotel staff and miss cooperation with us we annoyed .Never we want to visit again.We specifically mentioned that to keep our luagage I reception but they denied and suggest to keep it in the room and make charges 1500 after we came back.We have our flight at 8 o clock from Mumbai we cannot get cooperation for our end.Its very unfortunate

Food quality is very good. And Staff's behavior is very polite and friendly. Room Service is excellent.

Cable was connected and t.v was put in working condition after complaining about it so goes with a/c.

Unclean room and toilet. Leakage from jet spray. Blanket and pillows with stain. No hygiene. Broken door lock. Waste of money.
