7 Apple Resort - Lonavala

The resort is next to the mountain and there is a small gate for trekking.

I stayed for two nights and was kept awake every night by singing, cheering, doorbells and laughter from the next room. If you like quiet, don't choose this place.

It's a very peaceful & calm resort....very clean with crisp white bedsheets and pillow covers... co-operative staff..away from the hustle bustle of city life....a great escape for one who wants to enjoy some quite moments from the busy, hectic monotonous life...overall a pleasant experience...spl thanks to the staff(Sonam, Abhishek, Dheeraj) ?♥️

There's absolutely nothing at all...that I can say or pinpoint at to say I didn't like this or that... absolutely nothing

The restaurant & food was awesome. The room was spacious & clean. The resort is located 3-4 kms from the centre, so a lot of peace from the city and has a lot of space for kids to play. Overall, a very nice stay for my family.

Sometimes, room service was not quick and found the a package little costly compared to others.

Room, staff and services

Indoor games aren't maintained. Unable to play billiards, fussball etc.

Location was good..room size was good..it was clean

Staff was not courtious..it took 1 hour for them to deliver lunch..there was a irritating smell in room

The property is an ok one. Nothing great about it. Rather you may find better properties at similar rates

We booked junior suite rooms but the rooms were very cramped. Hardly any space even though we were only 2 people staying in each room. The price we were charged was 12k per room which compared to the room was exhorbitant

The tariff does not meet the quality expectations.

The best thing was live music, which actually made the surroundings positive.

They have a good decent place but not utilised properly. The swimming pool is too small in size. Pool table mat and Ball are not in good condition. We have visited almost all the places in lonavala just booked this Resort to spend a good time with my family. But I found there was nothing to do much in the resort. So we went out.

The location is close to main Citi centre. The property is clean, well maintained. The staff is very warm, helpful and humble. The service is fast and good. The food is of highest quality.The rooms are spacious and cozy.

The food especially the beverages tea and coffee are a little too expensive.

Location is good ,close to main market, room size is fair, parking available.

Food is very average, needed to make many requests for things like pool towels.very small playground for kids, barely 2,3 kids can play at one time, no swing also.Room house keeping can be much improved with broken sink trap, old bed linen, towels were rough, old and worn out, there was musty smell in bathroom and the room with broken mosquito net door.

The pool , games room and cycling was good. Appreciate the Hi tea they offered complimentary.

The rooms were not well cleaned. Pillows were very uncomfortable and the room had fungal smell. Rooms need renovation and good maintenance. Bedsheets and towels were torn too.

The property was clean and had a courteous staff.

We didn’t have much of a view from our room and it was quite expensive for the amenities provided and the view of the room.

Good facilities

There was constant noise from around the ceiling area in room 204 throughout the night of 13th Aug 2023 and the whole family couldn’t sleep. The maintenance couldn’t figure out. The worst experience at 7 Apple so far, otherwise we like 7 Apple hotels.

The location and mountain view offered was superb. Also food good and staff was very supportive.

As such no specific comment but they need to maintain the condition of cycle and add if possible add some extra games in club house.

Food was amazing n tasty n fresh.Location is awsm.

Lack of facilities THERE IS SPA AND MESSAGE FACILITIES WHICH WILL GIVE MORE RELAXING. LACK OF ENTERTAINMENT FACILITIES....IMPROVEMENT IS REQUIRE..

Peaceful Location, clean rooms, Delicious food and swimming pool and games

Rooms are clean but not cozy as expected or not matching with money paid. Despite informing in advance about early arrival by 30 minutes, made us to wait at reception during check-in. Staff attitude particularly at reception needs improvement. Untidy & stinking change rooms near swimming pool

The place was good n the ambiance was very nice

It was a bit expensive n there was no door mat near the bathroom

The location isn't that great. The facilities are average. The high tea is a good gesture but such loud music kills the mood.
