Avion Holiday Resort

The hotel is conveniently located in the town center with all eating joints and shops within walking distance. Liked the hotel layout, the size of the rooms, the room service, the cleanliness, the food. Inspite of being at the main junction there is no outside noise in the rooms.

It's a very good property. Enjoyed the breakfast plus high tea. Rooms are very spacious, nice, clean and bright. Staff is polite. Location is great too.

Breakfast had variety. Live breakfast was good.Property middle of the city.Weekend complimentary Hi-tea , magic show and DJ was enjoyable.Clean properly..

Meals at 600/pp is on a higher side.Washrooms lacked exhaust fast and hand towel. Hand wash was also missing in the washroom.Staff needs to intract guest to involve into shows and DJ. Guest do not get into DJ and floor was empty except children

Cleanliness in the rooms was good. Breakfast options we good as well.

Swimming pool water not clean. Outdoor furniture and playground for kids not maintained well. Breakfast area can be made cleaner and an upgrade is needed.

The polite and helpful staff,cleanliness,location, the Christmas decor was exceptional.

In the bathroom, there was no hand wash and watertap. There were no room service and cleaning happened.

Pool water should be managed as per the temperature & more options in game area & a bit cleanliness was missing.

Location was nice but the food and accommodation was not up to the mark

The food quality and room didn’t met the requirements as per the price. We paid approx 9k where in the charges on booking. Com was lesser than we paid

Stair case approach to 1st floor room not comfortable. Its risky too.

Overall stay was average.. rooms were a little suffocating but that was obvious considering it's a 3 star hotel. Nothing much to do at the resort.. we left a day before only. Also breakfast was not that good

Overall experience was amazing. Comfortable stay in the rooms, good food and good service overall. Breakfast spread was good and tasty.

Parking space issue due to long weekend and full booking. Could have more variety in dinner buffet.

Staff was cooperative. Room was generally clean. Parking management was good. Chef was willing to help us with some custom things.

I had asked for a quiet room, but they did not provide. This place is bang in the middle of the market, so lot of road noise and noise form the nearby hotels. Windows are not soundproof. Bathroom did not have cloth hooks. One of the lights was flickering all the time. No cloth drying stand to dry wet clothes. No elevator. Price was super expensive for the quality of the service and the experience. Would suggest looking for a different hotel at a much lower price.

The location of resort is great. The beauty and vibe of the resort was also good.
