The cozy rooms and the ambience. Staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast buffet was good.

Carom board was spoilt and kids slide were not operational in the pool.

Staff was really good, helpful and courteous. Anupreet who was in the dining area was especially good, always welcoming and took care of all our needs promptly.The very first room given to us had a sofa that was damaged due to guests burning it with cigarettes. The staff immediately moved us to another room since we were not happy with the first one

Gaming zone could have been maintained well. Room that are run down like the back facing villas need to be looked at.

Breakfast was good. Room service was also excellent

Some more cleanliness.. Sofas were having dust..

Activities

No kettle, no refrigerator, no hot water in a room, house keeping could have been better

Peaceful location, clean place, good for a family relaxation,comfortable sized room. We did get an early check in on request. Staff is smiling, receiving and warm at all times. The drive to city centre and other places is just 10 -15 min.

The soap dispenser was empty, we were given shower gel bottle on reaching reception, shampoo dispenser was broken. Tables in garden/play area were not clean at all times and on asking to clean up, took a while to do so. Kitchen closes pretty early(by 10.30pm) and since nothing is in immediate vicinity either you travel out or order in early. No mini fridge in room

Afsana and Jyoti at the reception are very helpful. Overall it was a good experience. Nice and clean property

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous and always went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes.The swimming pool was clean and inviting, and the kids' play area kept our little ones entertained.

i have liked the location of thr property . It is surrounded by lot of greenery and aloof from the hustle bustle of the city . Food served was good , evrry food item that we ordered was rightly flavoured , the staff was courteous

i would like to suggest that as mentioned the timings of swimming pool , the pool was not clean as per the mentioned timings , but they did clean it after it was pointed out by some other guests also it will be good if a dustbin is placed in the room as only one dustbin in the washroom area cant be used everytine for dumping the items to be thrown

The staff were very rude they do not have any professional approach with the guests specially the ladies sitting at the reception. A very horrible experience

Good location. Restaurant is also nice. Room was spacious and clean.

WiFi signal is a bit weak.

location is far from the attractions, however you can visit Valvan Valley which is quite nice located near to the resort

The restaurant was really good, especially the live counter for morning breakfast. The room was decently sized, with a small but nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

There is only one real issue to mention: the hot water in the bathroom wasn't adequately warm. Even after informing them multiple times, the issue didn't get fixed. On the day of checkout, we were informed that the problem was persistent and was observed in all the rooms, not just ours, and it might take longer to fix. Hopefully, they have taken care of it.

Room size ND food was good.

We were given two rooms upstairs in a villa.One group checked in late night (1 AM) and started lot of noise. Staff did not stop them doing noise.

Liked the location.

Since it was raining we could not go out maybe a common room, Also food could have been better the breakfast spread
