Pillows were not comfortable. Also, the towels and the bedsheet were dirty. There were cockroaches in the room.

We had a great experience at Imperial Heritage in Lonavala. The service was prompt, and the staff was very polite and welcoming. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the large open area available for kids and families to play and relax.

The rooms are neat and spacious, and the whole place has a warm, homely feel. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway with friends or family. Would love to come back again.

A decent Resort on the way to lonavala.Price of the resort is reasonable.The rooms and washroom are clean.

I enjoyed the stay. Big campus, ample parking areas(you can park your own vehicle), Big lawn. Cooperative staff, food can be ordered from nearby hotels. Perfect location near Lonavala Railway station. They also arrange rental cabs for tourists.Neat and tidy rooms with clean washrooms.

We really loved how conveniently located The Imperial Heritage is. It’s just a short distance from Lonavala Railway Station and close to the main market, which made getting around super easy. We didn’t need to rely on a car much most of the key attractions were either walkable or a quick rickshaw ride away. As a couple looking to explore and relax, the central location was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend it if you're planning a short, stress-free stay in Lonavala.
