Meritas Picaddle Resort Lonavala

Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway! The rooms are large and well-equipped, paired with sleek, modern bathrooms. Make sure to dine at Restaurant Picadore—excellent food at a fair price. The water park and pools are pristine and well-managed. Overall, a great atmosphere and a place we look forward to returning to."

Food was good, with activities for both adult and kids.

There is no negative as such... it just that the property is little old.... Maintenance could have been better

Water park and other facilities for kids are good. Food options as well as quality is good.Other facilities for adults like spa, gymnasium and saloon also available in the premises.

Price is costlier compared to similar 4 star options available in the area

Near to city range

A/C and Wi-fi & beark-fast items

Cleanliness, Staff politeness, Ambience, Swimming Pool

the location is excellent. the staff is very helpful. the room sizes are decent.

Swimming pool clean , food ok , rooms ok

Not maintenance of jacuzzi, very poor room service

Location and food

Too much mosquitos and weak wifi signal

Location and food

Too many mosquitos and poor internet signal. The wifi service provided by the hotel was pathetic.

Location was good and rooms were decent.Service was really bad. We ordered some food and had to call up thrice to remind and it took like ages to get it. And it happened three times in just one day stay.Service wise it was pathetic...Only one person from housekeeping abhijeet was forthcoming who did well to help on the service and that was the only good part.

location, facilities of the hotel. Food if you order in and eat the restaurant it is very good.

Breakfast spread is huge, but taste wise its pretty okayish

Room was well kept & very clean. Premises and pool facilities are excellent though the water temperature is very cold.Breakfast spread is good but certain items are re-heated and not freshly served.

Adhoc request for kids during breakfast such as puri was turned down. Though it is a 5 minute task for the kitchen to make 5 puris.Bathroom needs to be upgraded as the tub was very dirty.

Bad

Disappointed, depressed and embarrassed with my experience in Picaddle. I was literally made fool of. I had pinned hoped because of my excellent experience in the past but this time I was let down. I felt ashamed that I went there with family. Irony is that the staff didn't even have courtesy to address the concerns. Feeling sorry that I chose Picaddle for my stay this time. You guys let me down.

Good food, not expensive, good quality and quantity. On time service. The service is just super awesome.

The game room staff needs to be polite when talking to customers. While we do understand that people should not go with wet clothes over there, there's still a way to talk to customers.

Room size was very good and perfect fit for a family of 3. Variety in the breakfast was also good and food quality was superb.Only suggestion to work on 2 things1. Improve the Wifi signal strength and speed2. Improve to reduce mosquitoes and enhance the guest experience

Honestly there are very few things to dislike, in fact there are none, except the Wifi signal & speed and trouble from Mosquitoes. But this doesn't downgrade the other services this property offers.

I recently stayed at Meritas Picaddle Resort Lonavala and was thoroughly impressed. The food quality, quantity, and taste exceeded my expectations. The staff were attentive and friendly, contributing to a positive experience. The resort's central location made it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The swimming pool and waterpark were highlights, providing enjoyable leisure options. With a plethora of food choices and a well-arranged breakfast buffet, my overall stay was delightful. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway.

Despite the positive aspects,. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, resulting in a persistent stinky smell. It would be beneficial for the management to improve the ventilation in the bathrooms to enhance the overall guest experience.

Good reception, onima and concierge Abhishek very good. Nikhil also helpful

Suite rooms should be in the front facing road, but they are in the back. We had paid for suite but shifted to normal room in front because road facing rooms are the best view

Bad

By mistake some item left behind in our room. I sent them mail about it. They never responded. Many calls were made but not answered. Had it valuable item left behind then?So I rate them zero.

The property is good . Location is very good . Valley parking person very polite . Restaurant food is superb .

The view from the rooms not good .Wifi issues but rest all good . Few of the pool slides were not maintained . Traffic in the area.

Clean spacious room

Game zone was having less light
