We enjoyed the rooms, front desk staff provided us with interconnected rooms and it was fun. The only thing is that their lounge was not operational but everything was very nice.The restaurant staff and the housekeeping staff are very helpful and friendly and accommodated all our requests.

Comfortable rooms
Hotel has taken car in valet parking and their staff has used the music system whole without switching on the engine which resulted in battery drain. I have to get a new battery replaced, luckily got the help of nearby mechanic. How can any staff sit in our car wen it is given as valet parking?

This is over rated property. Never book this at any cost. Room are very old. No proper lights in room. Breakfast is charged extra 1000 per person and it is not mentioned while booking. people are big fraud. There are zero activity in resort. pool is not clean in morning. Total waste of Money.

The entire stay at Lagoona resort was very nice and well planned by the team of Lagoona, Lovely stay and arrangement here . Room are spacious and cleaned. The property is amazing for friends, family and kids. Lot of activities for kids.Hope to visit the property again.

The process of being treated poorly. Despite booking with the site, I got a threatning call informing me of cancellation if I do not pay the entire money upfront to the hotel. On being informed about confirmation - I was rudely told they will cancell the booking right way. I found that completely out of place, however given the need for me to spend quality time and not invest in other searches, I forcibly paid
The ambiance was good, Hotel staff was also very helpful. The location suited us as we had planned trek to tungarli hill to have a glance at the Sunrise at Lonavala. Overall the stay was very good enjoyed every moment.
Our rooms had quite a few shortcomings. For eg. Hair dryer was not working, the door key was not working from inside, However the complaints were redressed by the Hotel staff. Found a bit short on maintenance.
