We liked the food

There is no lift in the property which we were not informed our elder parents faced lot of trouble during the stay

I asked my car to be washed in the morning. It wasn't.There was no shaving mirror in the bathroom.

Bathroom could be improved and food options less spicy

Very courteous staff... the restaurant team is amazing. Sufficient spread of breakfast and Buffet.

Rooms must have large screen Television sets which are common nowadays, Toiletries must be improved

The wash basin had leak :-( . AC panel broken :-( . No lifts :-( . Only 4 cars can be parked in front of the hotel. We expected better for the amount we paid.

Breakfast was good. Only for kids there is not much activity and location also little inside

Nothing good this hotel, staff is not cooperating and restaurant services is poor. Manager didn't do anything about it always.

Staff is friendly

There was water leaking from the AC right on the bed. The receptionist was not ready to accept the same. however at the end we were given a different room.

Beautiful location, nice semi open dining area..Clean rooms, really good food.

Bath mat wasnt provided outside bathroom. Breakfast was Rs450 + tax. That's a little expensive.

One of the worstest star property i ever stayed.. From rooms to food everything is pathetic.. If you really want to enjoy your vacation never visit citrus lonavala.. I and my mother are having food poison..

Rooms doesn't have basic amenities.. I have to call for basic amenities again and again.. Paying 12000/- for 2 rooms is not a small amount.. To speak about food they don't even serve hygiene food.. And when you complain about that, staff will start argue infront of you..
