Aamby Valley City

It's a massive property but nothing much to entertain with. Apart from that no proper signs across, one could be completely lost in the middle of nowhere without a GPS. Food is super expensive however taste wise its good and they should mention one cannot roam the property without a vehicle.

We lke the Excellent location,ossie cottages and the surrounding beautiful nature.Breakfast was excellent.Horse Riding was a wonderful experience.

Lunch and Dinner is very expensive and there are very few varieties of familiar food dishes.Taste was not satisfactory.

Breakfast buffet was very good. A very wide spread meal.

Bathroom was not kept clean. Sink was leaking. Outside the supreme cottage there was moss growing and it was slippery.

View and location breakfast was too good

The place is very good. Surrounded with greenery and lake. They have a beautiful cottage with different categories.

They have a couple of restaurants but only 1 I would suggest which is the lake view restaurant that is also an average one but others are the worst.

Woodpecker is an excellent choice for starting your day in Aamby Valley. Its diverse breakfast buffet, accommodating dietary options, and scenic ambiance make for a pleasing experience. For the smoothest service, aim to visit slightly before peak hours (around 7–8 AM) to avoid crowds.

Stayed in Burmese chalet- fantastic location with great view. Chalet was quite spacious with good bathroom and shower, jacuzzi and open air shower. Good parking facility close to property. Aamby Valley City is beautiful to drive around and walk, with a nice lakeside cafe to enjoy sunset. Also very good value for money.

Overall the place is not very well maintained or squeaky clean like popular hotels or resorts. Seemed a bit understaffed also, given its size. You'll need a personal vehicle to go around, as restaurants etc are spread apart. Some of the amenities were closed. Jacuzzi had insects, and probably not cleaned immediately before check in. Breakfast was very crowded. At the time of check-out, reception staff were a little rude.

Location and staff courteousness

Check in took more than 1 hour, later the parking to room took another half an hour, for extra bedding I had to request 5 times, refrigerator wasn’t working first, later when it started working it started leaking water, towels weren’t available in the room, paper napkins weren’t available, many problems and very basic room.

Aussie Cottages were outsanding. Food from woodpeaker were good. Overall experience were best.

The range and taste of items in the breakfast was acceptable - nothing exceptional and nothing to complain about. The food at the Lake Front Cafe was very good. Service was courteous and professional across the board. There are many spots to enjoy, each with a good view.

The place is not easy to figure out. One needs personal vehicle to travel within. It would have been nice to have an internal transportation, like a golf cart for the entire premises. Some of the built spaces look dated due to inadequate maintenance.

The wooden floors of the Aussie Chalet were too creaky. Couldn’t sleep properly because of the creaky floor noise from floor above

because property has little old that why now require to maintain, like flush water is leaking, stair has ho light, and some light has not working near my room

The location was great

The facility in the room were not great . Two main issues - 1. Due to internet outage they couldn’t assign a room key. Which means every time we went out we have to wait for 30+ mins to get back in room as reception had to get someone come to unblock . 2. The room booked had jacuzzi , again it was not working. They send technician who took 1 hr and said it fixed , but it was not. So even after booking the Burmese chalet room we could not use the facility.3. Main reception had no idea and for every query had to speak to few other people to respond.

Lovely place. Welcome was good and we were greeted by Manoj who was amazing. Once we reached Spanish cottage, the staff seemed least interested to take care of us. Our AC did not work for most of the time despite repeated complaints. Breakfast and the staff were very good. Otherwise a great place and lovely location.
