hotel rain sky inn

The check-in was okay.

Didn't like the room, it was not as clean as I expected it to be, cupboards were full small cockroaches, bathroom toilet flush was half broken. Balconies were not safe, the balcony doors lock was not working.

Facilities provid krte hai kids ke liye

Koi bhi kabhi bhi dusra guest apne room mein enter ho jata hai wo bhi balcony se

This place is not same which is look like pic. When I was checking there is no towel, bathroom bucket, ?. Bad smells whole rooms. I called reception for towel and bucket. He told okey. But no any response. I was call many time.... Staff behaviour very rood. I never stay any of this branch. Please don't waste your time it was not comfortable. Waste of money.

1. Room cleaning like smell.2. Staff behaviour 3. Room service 4. TV no signal 5.

Facility like ac and Tv only

Too much mosquitoes were there. And toilet flush wasn't working. Wifi was too slow

location

The stay didnt have 24x7 hot water. There was fixed timing for hot water. bedsheets and towels had stains. not too hygienic

Good for pocket.

No tawel in room,I was book ac room but ac not working, bedsheet not cleaned.

It was good location close to lonavala at affordable price so overall it was good

I used to wake up at 8 or 9 and I never got got water as they have solar heater so staff said that to take bath with hot water you have wake up early so i didn't like that

Room concept I liked very much

There was problem with hot water availability in room. No proper cleanliness in the room.

There was nothing to like about . Poor infrastructure and cleanliness.

There were cockroaches all over the place. Staff was not supportive. Food was bad and not at all good.

Location is good, rooms are spacious.

Old and untidy bedsheets, smelling pillows, cockroachs crawling In room, old type bathroom.Breakfast was not offered, we paid extra at hotel for breakfast.Hot water available only in morning, other time need to use electric rod heaters.

Provided room has broken cupboard. TV was not working . They took money for two days stay in advance . We stayed one day and informed to check out next day before 10 AM. Check out time is 11:30 there. Still they denied to return money. So we stayed for one day and paid for two days. Don't go for this hotel specially when you are traveling with family.

Location only

Room not hygiene, Tv not working, phone line not working, not proper service, No handwash no shampoo... Just like a room ...!!! Pathetic

Rooms are ok for short stay

Smelly corridors and blue lights

The initial room we checked-in had issues and the Hotel staff offered us another room with a good sized balcony. The second room was really good!

I liked the size of balcony which adds a good space to the room. The staff were cooperative & understading.

Breakfast was served hot. Location is road side

Balcony could be well furnished

Dirty toilets smelly rooms and poor quality of food

Nothing as such

Toilet flush was not working. We had informed at the reception they said will send a person to repair but they didn’t send anyone till our checkout.

The food was look and the location is prime.

There was no water during night, room was not clear neither the washroom.

The only good thing was the size of the room. Apart from that nothing was good. Location was fine. Very less options for breakfast around. I would not recommend this stay.

The rooms were not clean at all. The washrooms were pathetic. The bedsheets and pillow covers were very dirty. It did not look safe to stay. A hell lot of mosquitoes at the place. No basic toiletries provided. Not worth the stay at all.

Not worth it

Zero cleanliness. Uncleaned linen . Dirty washrooms and cockroaches.
