Good stay, Good food

Service was not great, needed to request for towels, bathroom was not clean, soap dispensers were empty, food choices were limited

Spacious rooms and comfy beds. Clean swimming pool. Multiple games options for kids.

Lacking amenities. Electric kettle and AC not working. Restaurant was highly priced.

Nice quite place, good vibe & excellent staff.

Worst horrible

Not sure if all reviews are authentic or paid one? Our experience is horrible in resort. Rooms were smelling bad when we enter. Lady at reception was throwing unnecessary attitude as if she is CEO of resort. Staff at desk were very lethargic, when we entered room we were welcomed by mosquitoes and that is also in hundreds as if there was live concert of some super star. We asked staff to provide mosquito coil so that we don’t get bitten by mosquitoes, but they don’t had coils there were having useless mosquito repellent. Rooms very smelling bad not properly maintained nor clean. Fridge was missing in room after an hour and after scolding to staff they brought it. Food rates was like hotel Tajmahal restaurant exorbitant! They don’t have intercom they ask you to give call on mobile numbers and there is no network available in premises. Every time you must go to reception for anything and everything. Tooth brushes were missing in washroom. Another toilet was open toilet were you can see outside people and outside people can wave you. Overall I will not recommend to stay at hotel though this is beautiful property. Early morning we went to breakfast and we were welcomed by dead fly in breakfast plate. This resort should chang name to sterling mosquito heaven resort

The rooms were spacious, comfy beds and hot showers. They gave us plenty of bottled water.

Fantastic location, lovely staff, excellent facilities. My favourite was the morning walk in the quiet surroundings. Also amazing food, breakfast and dinner was top notch. There was a live pasta counter for dinner and I tell you it was one of the best pesto I ever had. Thank you so much.

Very big area and clean rooms

As the amenity space was just behind the room, there was a lot of noise coming from outside even after all windows were closed.Check in and out timings have to be displayed prominently in the reception area.

This property is serene and located in most peaceful place within Lonavala, far away from hustle and highways… a much needed leisure stay with your family in much spacious property in Lonavala with well maintained pool and small restaurant within this property. Staff is very cordial and friendly, rooms are quite spacious and exquisite for family and friends and surroundings are just surreal. Best to go out early in this misty morning for walk and you will fall in love with this secret heaven for real.

Rooms need slight makeover like bathroom fittings and few room latches and locks need repair.

Stolen Heaven is a beautiful place surrounded by mountains with great 2 /3bhk apartments which are really huge, my kids loved playing hide and seek in the room.. The pool is really good specially for kids and they have.bicycles and prams which you can use. Loads of open space and they really have a well equipped gym for those who don't wanna miss your fitness routine. Abhijeet the manager is a really great guy and extremely accomodating.Food wise the breakfast is amazing..Food town run by Avinash and. Abhishek is really good with live BBQ by the pool in the evening. The place is also great venue for weddings if you are looking for one, you ain't going to be disappointed. If you are planning a family vacation of more than. 4 people this is your destination. Thanks Abhijeet and your team once again for making our vacation memorable. Hope to see you soon.

Its a beautiful place with all the necessary amenities. We were two couples with a kid so the fully equipped kitchen was really helpful. The swimming pool and walk in the morning in the wild was just a perfect getaway from a city life. Their manager Abhijit was always available for any support you need at the property. It is so close to the highway that going out to eat and visit nearby places was very convenient. I would come back again with my parents and inlaws too they would love the nature walks and peace, perfect for yoga or meditation
