Radisson Resort and Spa Lonavala

The food was incredible. The staff is humble and helpful. Excellent property. A combination of soothing interior and natural beauty. Kept the tradition of Maharashtra intact by the warm welcome using shehnai and history remembrance of Shivaji & Maratha.

No steam facility. Room service is prolonged. I needed to wait a long for simple services asked over the call.

Stuff is great. Hotel is beautiful and creatively design. Restorans are well. They can prepare everything which you need. Even non spicy meet too. It's perfect recreation place for staying. I strongly recommend in first for foreign travelers.

The manager was kind and listened to our feedback for both rooms, however, the property’s structural and maintenance failures were beyond his ability to resolve.

Major Safety and Hygiene Concerns- Hygiene & Maintenance: We found visible mold in the rooms and a broken toilet seat in one of our units. The bathtub was also completely non-functional.- Safety Hazard: The balcony railings were broken and loose, posing a genuine safety risk that has not been addressed.Inadequate Facilities: The swimming pool is undersized and unsuitable for adults. The common areas are so cramped that the property feels overcrowded even at partial capacity.- Dining & Entertainment: Dinner was a major letdown. The "DJ" setup was also not good.

It’s not a 5 star more like a 3 star . Lunch buffet was awful mediocre quality food . Everything was chargeable including local calls from lobby and playing pool . Tv did not work . Bathroom was dated .

The resort is truly beautiful, with excellent facilities and a wide range of enjoyable activities. The dinner and breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist, providing clear guidance around the resort. Overall, it was a pleasant and well-organized experience.

What I didn’t like about the resort was the check-in and check-out timing. We faced an issue during check-out and with the way it was handled. I had called them earlier from Oman and even sent a message on WhatsApp, but they told me it wouldn’t be possible to check in before 2 PM, and the official check-in time was 3 PM. By the time all the procedures were completed, it was already 3:55 PM.The next day at check-out, we were told to leave by 11 AM, and when we asked to extend until 11:30, they said it wasn’t possible because other guests were arriving. However, the day before, we were also guests, coming from another country, and we weren’t allowed to check in before 3 PM. In the end, we stayed less than 20 hours at the resort, which shows poor time management from their side. I have already shared my complaint with them regarding this issue.

facility location and the arrangements made for the stay. Staff was courteous and caring, special thanks to Miss Madhu for giving personal touch during stay.Activities for the kids were a plus points since it was raining outside, Kids were busy playing in recreational room.

High Tea, Menu was short and Tea was little in quantity and taste was below average.Lacuna in service and cold stuff was served in High tea area. Poor show.

Had a great stay. The resort is comparatively new.My little daughter liked it as they have good kid play area. Food options are great. Staffs are amazing too. Overall had a great stay.

Swimming pool water was too cold..I can’t ask for temperature control but that would have amazing if they do so

The property is big and clean.

The service was horrible and they couldn’t handle the number of guests. During dinner after multiple requests drinking glass wasn’t even provided. The breakfast also was not managed properly with proper seat allocation and staff too reluctant to help.

Food was average. Communication is an issue. The staff was not educated and lacked basic common sense.

The design of the resort enabled us to enjoy the rain and the views from the inside. Ideal for a peaceful and relaxed stay.Complements to Prodip, Arijit, Mridula at the Hirkani Restaurant for taking such friendly care of us. Also Shrishankar of housekeeping for doing a great job.

We didn't try the spa as we felt the services were way overpriced.

I am a repeat customer at this property, I and my family like this property. We celebrated our anniversary and the property joined us in celebrating it as well, we sincerely appreciate this gesture.

Food quality has detoriated than earlier. Cost saving is always welcome unless it’s visible in a crude way. I would strongly recommmend to reconsider and address few low hanging items which provides ‘woah’ effect including toiletries and serving complimentary bottled water at breakfast - as these costs are practically negligble & presumably included in the overall package and does not really bleed the bottomline.

The hotel offers cleanliness, decent rooms, and very helpful staff, making for a pleasant stay.
