Peaceful place for stay

It was a wonderful experience, Rooms are near and clean staff are polite and respectful. Service was excellent. I enjoyed a alot.

Location is good

Even after booking if your check in time is beyond 12 PM they will not confirm your booking and it will be subjected to availability of rooms

Only location

No drinking water, no intercom Phone, no glasses, no ventilation in bathroom, no cleaning bathroom etc.

Room maintenance was not good. Der was no network and no wifi worst arrangement of connectivity.

Unhelpful staff. No laundry facilities. Refused to upgrade my room, despite having vacancy.

Counter staff unhelpful. The manager even more so!

Disappointed from cleaning Stain in bedsheet Hairs in bathroom Dustbin garbage bag not change Actually we re tired that's why we didn't check at the time of check in but when we see the dustbin nd bathroom cleaning not satisfied

Hotel is cheap in price. Ambience cool with little occupancy.

Hotel is cheap in quality of service. No maintenance. Rooms 303 and 304 was alotted to me. Observed latch broken of 304. Complained and got alotted 305. While using, observed commode of 305 broken. Again complained, then reception told you should have complained while taking over. In 303, no toiletries were available, managed with that available at 305. Got frustrated in the morning while taking bath. Shower of room 305 was not working. Went to 303, shower was working but there was no bucket or mug. Somehow took the bath. Trip mood spoiled.

It was a good family room for 4 members with 2 separate beds.

1. The water flow in the toilet was really bad.2. The basic amenities like water kettle and tea accessories were not there. 3. There were too much mosquitoes and some repellent was not given while asked. 4. Toiletries were not upto the mark. 5. There were not proper housekeeping service all the time.

Nathing I like over there it was very bad experience.there was some negative energy in room no 305 i sow one very dangerous dream with paranormal activities and after 2 hrs my husband sow the same dream i was not able to sleep for 2hrs in whole night.

Rooms not maintained properly. No WiFi data service available on ground floor room 306 and 307. A/c not cool, remote not working,T.v. set not working lots of mosquito bites can sleep and door latches broken not maintained properly.

Above reasons

Staff is good, polite.

Room is not clean properly. Mosquito everywhere in room. Ac not working. Fans need to repair because when u want it makes noise.

Nice property good location near to main road macdonald subway burger king all Just a 5 6min from the hotel.

Pool outside, balcony, very comfy bed. Very friendly staff.

They could at least put a few sun loungers next to the pool.
