Only the location was good as its quite near central Lonavla and the market.

They really need to work on their cleanliness especially the bed sheets and room maintenance, the washroom was really in a bad shape with no proper cleaning done after the departure of previous guests, on duty staff were not efficient or very responsive! They was no hot water available to bath as well, overall super disappointing experience.

the property was not clean and quite old, no lift facility, no cells in remote, no one follows swimming rules, there was broken glass in garden so pathetic

Service is poor, you will not get room service after 5 pm, rooms are not clean, given me small room for 3 people, even I paid for extra person, windows curtains are dirty not washed long time, extra mattress without bedsheet and dirty pillow without cover, need to improve alot

Wash room needs littel maintenance.

The boys at resort and more particularly Mr.Joginder made our stay comfortable and memorable.They provide us excellent services.Food veg /nonveg was delicious.Overall our group like the resort very much.We are thinking of revisiting in near future.

The resort is well maintained but since it is very old requires upgradation of furniture and other items. Otherwise location wise it is at prime place.

Bad Room condition, unhygienic bedsheets and pillow cover, no intercom, delay in room service, torn mosquito nets and broken windows

Very poor cleanliness. They didn't change the bedsheets. That was used by previous guests.

Only coffee and swimming pool .

So many things. Like asked for kettle facility. Then changing of bed sheet nd pillow cover that too when requested.. unwashed bathroom. DJ Playing till midnight. And when requested for stopping that staff ignore the request.?

Property was really great, spacious and well maintained. Its location is just perfect. Staff and owner were very polite, helpful and awesome.Food was good as well. We Really liked it here.

I was not booked in! They told me the manager said there was no booking I received email confirmation from Booking.com and from Jewel Palace asking what time I was arriving.The staff said the manager didn’t like international guests. This was awful, they blamed Booking.ComWhatever this needs sorting out!

We had booked 2 rooms, 2 weeks ago the actual date. While booking we had been given two options: either you pay now or pay at the hotel. We selected the later one.1 day prior to our trip We got a message from the hotel staff saying that your booking has been cancelled!We had packed our bags! We contacted the hotel. After giving us 4-5 different reasons for cancelling the booking at the end they agreed that they cancelled because they gave priority to someone who prepaid 1 day ago over someone who had booked 2 weeks ago!
